Very unlikely.
Lebanon is not truly sovereign. Hezbollah, backed by Iran, still calls the shots.
If negotiations make real progress, Hezbollah could even launch a civil war.
Still, Israel is heading to the table - demanding nothing less than Hezbollah’s dismantling.
