As we come to the end of the fast here in Israel, I wanted to share with you the tune I played on the Handpan to the eternal words of Isaiah (40):
"Take comfort, take comfort, my people, says your G-d. Speak unto the heart of Jerusalem and call out to her..."🎶

BTW, we just took her to an Israeli hospital in Tel Aviv to get a frenectomy (release of her tongue-tie). Two conclusions:
1. Israeli health care is awesome; we pay very little for insurance and receive a lot.
2. Israelis are having lots of babies-religious, secular, everyone!

Hey @the_andrey_x what was a masked Palestinian with a slingshot doing among you in that innocent "olive harvesting" at 1:29?
This is the arab "olive harvest" this morning near the village of Burka.
Later they will scream "sEttleR viOleNcE"
Ancient Synagogues of Israel #5
The Rehov synagogue dates to the 4th-7th centuries CE.
The so-called Mosaic of Rehov, also known as the Tel Rehov inscription or the Baraita of the Boundaries, details Jewish religious laws concerning "the Borders of the Land of Israel," tithes, and the Sabbatical Year.
It is the oldest Mishnaic text we have and is on display at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem.
Another beautiful find is a marble parapet with a relief of a seven-branched menorah, believed to have once enclosed the synagogue's raised rostrum.
It is on display at the nearby kibbutz of Ein Hanatziv.
I was today years old when I learned that Emir Abdullah of Transjordan had three head guards who were Yemeni Jews, with side curls and everything.
Ancient Synagogues of Israel #4
The Naaran synagogue (3rd century CE) lies 5 km north of Jericho, marking the site of an ancient Jewish town.
Its mosaic features a large zodiac wheel, with a sun god in his chariot at the centre, surrounded by the 12 signs. Four female figures representing the seasons fill the corners. Beside the Holy Ark are a menorah and animal figures, including Daniel in the lions’ den.
Around the 6th century, the human figures were apparently defaced by the community to make the mosaic more consistent with Jewish tradition. Similar alterations appear in other synagogues with Hellenistic-style mosaics.
**How was it discovered?**
An artillery shell landing at the site in 1918, near the end of the First World War, exposed the floor, the first complete mosaic floor discovered in the Land of Israel. The School of Bible & Archaeology, run by Jerusalem’s Dominican Monastery, excavated the site.
Afterward, the synagogue was reburied. Its mosaic was rediscovered during the Six-Day War when an Israeli soldier pitched his tent over it.

Ihab (@IhabHassane ) regularly talks about a peaceful Palestinian Christian village called Taybeh.
I decided to check it out.
I found streets adorned with beautiful messages of love and erm… coexistence.

🎬 WATCH: “SETTLER VIOLENCE”: WHAT HAPPENS BEFORE YOU SEE THE VIDEO?
Watch the setup: Palestinians, far-left activists, media, cameras — dozens already there...inciting, intimidating, and doing whatever they can to trigger a reaction to capture it on film.
Share this. Narrative warfare works when we stay silent.
People ask, "Why is he covering his face?"
The simple answer is that twisted videos circulate globally, leading to Jewish farmers waking up to sanctions from multiple European countries without explanation.
New blood libel just dropped:
Multiple prominent Pro Pali accounts, including Mario Nawfal, are posting footage of an alleged poisoning of goats by "settlers".
The only problem?
They have purposefully twisted the story 180 degrees.
If you have been following me, you know that for the past year arabs from Al-Mughayyir have been leaving dates laced with poison at the grazing areas of Jewish flocks.
The shepherds have recently been taking bottles with activated charcoal in order to give to the goats in case of poisoning.
That is what you see in this video (and he's kicking off a goat that is trying to have relations with the poisoned one).
Please share, because the mainstream media will keep the twisted version.
