Raising taxes will not fix a spending problem. Washington has already pushed the national debt past $40 trillion, and continues borrowing. My Six Penny Plan takes a common-sense approach: cut six cents from every $1 the federal government spends. In five years, we balance the budget. After all, our kids and grandkids shouldn’t have to pay a bill they never agreed to.

The day @Dannic44 talked about me! All factual.. all true🥰
It took just 2 weeks for @realDonaldTrump @POTUS to bring down crime in Memphis , two weeks for residents to finally feel safe again. Meanwhile, Democratic leaders like Chicago @ChicagosMayor and @GovPritzker keep pretending crime is down when we all know it’s not. Let’s be real , when crime is truly down, we can feel it. We don’t need politicians or fake stats to tell us. The people living in these communities can tell the difference. In Memphis, residents are saying their kids can finally play outside again , that’s what real safety looks like. But in Illinois, these same Democrats try to sell us lies while they hide behind security details and gated mansions. Brandon Johnson has over 150 police officers protecting him, and Pritzker lives in his guarded estate , yet they expect us to believe they care about public safety? They think we’re too blind to see the truth. Wake up. We know what safety feels like ,and this isn’t it. @FlipChicagoRed #ChicagoFlipsRed #Memphisflipsred

If inflation is cooling down, why is your grocery bill still so high? 🛒 Because there’s something a lot of people misunderstand about inflation. When inflation slows down, it doesn’t necessarily mean prices are going back down. It means prices are rising more slowly than before. So that grocery bill that went from $100 to $130? Slower inflation doesn’t magically bring it back to $100. And Americans are adjusting. According to FMI (The Food Industry Association), 92% of U.S. grocery shoppers have store-brand products in their homes. Nearly half reported buying more of them over the previous year. Think about that. People are paying closer attention to what they’re actually getting for their money. Brand names alone aren’t enough anymore. And we don’t blame them. We’re a family-owned food company competing against some of the biggest names in the grocery industry. But we don’t expect anyone to buy Goode Foods just because our name is on the can. Compare what you’re getting. 🥫 USA-grown vegetables 🥫 Non-GMO seeds (not genetically modified) 🥫 BPA-free cans 🥫 No glyphosate pesticides used 🥫 Vegetables packed within hours of harvest 🥫 Shelf-stable food that can last for years when properly stored That last part matters more than people realize. When groceries are expensive, food waste becomes expensive too. Having food in your pantry that doesn’t need refrigeration and won’t spoil in a few days gives you more flexibility over when and how you use it. We’re not going to pretend a can of vegetables will solve grocery inflation. But we do believe families deserve to know what they’re paying for. We’re Goode Foods. Still 100% family-owned after 24 years. Find us in stores nationwide: goodefoodsfamily.com/store-l…

Starting today, all Steak n Shake buns are officially seed-oil free. The buns are now unapologetically drenched in pure Grade AA Wisconsin butter. The grass-fed, grass-finished Steakburger in a seed-oil-free bun is a new level of quality. Steak n Shake is breaking new ground with tastier, healthier options at affordable prices. 🇺🇸 MAHA 🇺🇸

The Democrats and Joe Biden spent trillions, caused inflation, no energy dominance, no manufacturing, open borders, crime out of control, botched Afghanistan and showed weakness on world stage empowering our enemies. Don't let the Dems destroy our country! @A1Policy
JD Vance just delivered the single greatest on-air warning to America of what will happen if Democrats take power “They don't just want to enact bad policy. They actually want to make it so that Republicans can never win another national election.” -They want voter fraud. -They want to destroy the foundations of American constitutional republicanism. -They're trying to abolish the institutions of American government. They have already told us they want to pack the Supreme Court and restart mass immigration. If they achieve this, we will lose the country. This is about radicalism versus common sense. Well said, @JDVance

Land O Lakes Fat Free Half & Half is mostly skim milk and corn syrup. The carton lists skim milk, corn syrup and cream, then 0.5% or less of carrageenan, sodium citrate, dipotassium phosphate, mono and diglycerides, vitamin A palmitate and color added. Half and half is milk and cream mixed together, and the cream is where the fat and the body come from. Take the fat out and you're close to skim milk, which is thin and pale in coffee. The corn syrup and carrageenan are there to give it some body back, and the color is there so it looks like half and half. Vitamin A dissolves in fat, so it came out with the cream and has to be added back. The regular Land O Lakes half and half is just milk and cream. FDA still lets the fat free version use the name, as long as it flags anything regular half and half isn't allowed to have. Corn syrup and carrageenan are allowed even in the regular kind. Color isn't, so the carton puts an asterisk on it that says ingredient not found in regular half and half.

I will not now, and never will, diminish the struggles working-class Americans deal with every day. It’s YOUR country, and you deserve to be heard. But we all have a choice to make in the upcoming election, and I believe the choice is clear. The Trump administration has built an incredible record over the past two years. That progress is at risk of being reversed if Democrats win this election. Here are the facts: -Highest median household income on record. -Lowest poverty rate in decades. -Lowest unemployment rate in decades. -Multiple record highs in the equity markets. -Billions of dollars in new investment in the United States. -Lowest crime rates in decades. -Record reductions in the murder rate. -Record deportations. -Massive reductions in the federal workforce and historic cuts to government red tape. -Prescription drug prices moving down. And a whole lot more. I know none of this makes real challenges, such as the cost of living, magically disappear. Working Americans still feel those pressures every day, and they deserve to be heard. But I believe the Trump administration’s record is far better than the Democratic alternative. Thanks for reading. Please choose wisely.

Dear Algorithm, Please put Goode Foods in front of the Americans who are honestly just tired of what grocery shopping has become. People are tired of walking into the store with $100 and wondering how the cart is already half empty. They’re tired of meat and protein taking such a big bite out of the grocery budget. Beef and veal prices were still 9.4% higher in July than a year earlier, and even overall grocery prices were up again year over year. And I think people are tired of feeling like every year they’re paying more, sometimes getting less, then watching massive corporations report billions of dollars in revenue while regular families are standing in the aisle deciding what has to go back. Then there are the recalls. It feels like every time you open your phone there’s another food being pulled because of Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli, undeclared allergens or something else. That isn’t just social media making it feel that way either. FDA’s current recall list this month alone includes foods recalled over possible Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli, undeclared allergens and elevated contaminants. That’s the environment we’re trying to build Goode Foods in. My father started this company in 2003. He wasn’t backed by some giant investment firm. There wasn’t a venture capital check waiting on him. It was a Black family trying to build a real American business from scratch and hopefully leave something behind for the next generation. Now I’m the second generation trying to keep that American dream alive. And we’ve made some choices that honestly would probably be easier not to make. We grow our vegetables and beans in the USA. We use non-GMO seeds. Our cans are BPA-free. Our growers do not spray glyphosate on our crops. And after more than two decades in business, Goode Foods has never had a recall. I’m proud of that last one because food isn’t just another product. Somebody is feeding this to their kid. Somebody is putting it on the table for Thanksgiving. Somebody on a fixed income is buying a few cans because they need something affordable in the pantry until payday. That matters to us. And here’s the crazy part. We’re still a small family company competing for the exact same few inches of shelf space as companies with billions of dollars, enormous advertising budgets and entire departments dedicated to getting your attention. We don’t have that. What we have is a family name on the can and the belief that if enough people actually learn our story and try the food, we can keep growing without becoming everything people are frustrated with about big food. Today you can find Goode Foods in more than 5,000 stores including Target, Walmart, Food Lion, Hy-Vee, Jewel-Osco, Shaw’s and Meijer. But millions of Americans still walk right past us because they’ve simply never heard of us. That’s why I’m writing this. Not asking you to fill your entire pantry with Goode Foods. Not asking you to blindly support us because we’re family owned. Just give us one can. Look at where it came from. Look at what we stand for. Feed it to your family and decide for yourself. Because I still believe the American dream should include companies that start small, stay family owned, manufacture food here, treat the people buying it like actual people and somehow survive long enough to hand something better to the next generation. Dear Algorithm, find the grocery shoppers who still care about that. We’re Goode Foods. You may not know us yet. But hopefully you will. 🏁

Soon, LA will just be a ghost town with a 100K illegal street vendors cooking rat meat in front of abandoned brick and mortar restaurants. The Jay Luchs window signs fading in the sun, soon to be kindling for a zombie meth cook fire that burns down half the block as Nithya rides her bike down the new $200M bike lane.
