#DeSci's approach to modernisng academia is by creating alternative open-access publishing avenues (which compensate scientists for reviewing) @ResearchHubF and research funding with the help of blockchain technology @catalyst_xyz.
A concrete example for where DeSci docks on today's clinical challenges: Blockchain-based authentication of medical records. There's potential for a decreasing platfrom costs and increasing efficiency.
