Nothing sums West Ham up more than the amount of young players who are touted as having huge potential being given only one or two games - often cup games against woeful footballing opposition - before being discarded as not being up to the standard required. The list is endless.

The home game on 18 January 2020 marks a decade of ownership under Sullivan, Gold and Brady. This is a symbolic day to protest and to make our voices heard. To let them know what we think about them. To force them out. And to start the rebuilding process. Enough is enough #GSBOUT

@SportsBreakfast is there a biased against london clubs on your show? Usually bang on about mutd non stop today they got a 3 minute segment which you spent most of talking about other results rather than how well WHUFC played to beat them. You have southern listeners too you know

So @AldiUK have introduced a new eco friendly paper bag that costs 2x cost of plastic bag? Where's the incentive. B4 you say saving the planet is the incentive, most poor families would opt to spend the 19p on a can of beans for their kids lunch. It has to cost less than plastic

People keep asking me why I’m not djing more. The djing lifestyle isn’t what a lot of people think. It’s a couple of hours doing what u love the rest is travelling, out of sync with ur mates,no weekend time off, bad sleep patterns. It can be very lonely.Making tunes and chilling😉

👏... and on his day off, visited him in a hospital in London to help lift the youngster who is battling Leukaemia.
