One of my all time favorite things to do with ChatGPT voice is have it help me cook
Just made my first strawberry + passion fruit simple syrup for some cocktails
Ngl the competition isn't easy and there's some cracked teams working on this

If anyone in my network knows of any open roles, shoot me or Dan a DM because he's super talented!
I'm ready for my next chapter.
For the last 20 months I've been building AI video pipelines at Animatix with a small, sharp team. I take generative models and make them work in real productions for real clients. That work has aired on UK television and won awards at film festivals. It's been some of the best work of my life, and I'm excited to see where Animatix goes.
Next, I want a full-time role where I can keep taking generative video, image, and audio out of the demo and into real creative work. Forward-deployed, creative technologist, or product roles. Remote or in person.
If you're hiring, or know someone who is, I'd love to talk. Intros go a long way.
I just found a competitor to my latest project
more evidence the problem is worth solving
early customer conversations are making me more confident in how I'm approaching it

When code is cheap to write, the right architecture is what keeps you moving faster than everyone else"
Awesome lecture, thanks for sharing!
How do always-on, proactive agents like @Bot work?
Watch my lecture at Stanford CS146S:

TLDR I want a personal assistant that manages me not an occasional helper
Spot on. I want proactive agents not agents that are on standby
Silicon Valley keeps building me a husband when what I really want is a wife lol
I don't want an agent that only does one-off, random tasks that are nice but not life-changing: booking flights, making dinner reservations, or buying tickets
I want an AI wife who knows what’s on the family calendar, remembers there’s a birthday party Saturday and we haven’t bought a gift then sends me options, realizes we’re almost out of diapers and buys them, knows which bills are coming up, remembers someone needs a dentist appointment and books it, figures out what the hell we’re eating all week and what we need from the grocery store, and generally keeps track of the 47 things that need to happen before anyone else even realizes they need to happen.
So, who's building me an AI wife that carries the mental load instead of an AI husband that waits for me to give it a chore??
Can confirm. Sol 6.1 is considerably faster for me now
GPT-6.1 Sol is our most demanded model pretty much ever both across both the API and subscriptions.
Within ChatGPT & Codex, we were under heavy load, but have brough more capacity online and the speed should get much better in the coming hours, reaching almost twice the speed compared to what we served yesterday.
has anyone else noticed the models aren't giving us timelines in weeks or months anymore?
it's the small things tbh
The Claude Code harness needs a refactor. It used to be so good.
I've been daily driving codex the past few months and going back to CC to try Opus 5.5 was a reminder of how bad of a harness it is.
I'm really impressed with Opus 5.5 btw
It would be really awesome if the chatgpt app asked me if I wanted to upgrade all of my scheduled tasks to the latest models when they are released @reach_vb
I actually can't believe this feedback!
This is why you keep trying
It's so easy to get discouraged and give up
If one product doesn't click then try another and another
I'd be very grateful for more user feedback so if you'e interested, DM me
Everyone on my timeline rn is hyped about opus 5.5 and sol 6 but I'm more excited for Luna 6
So many of my automations run on Luna and it's such a slept on model tbh
This actually surprised me!
I don't use AI to edit my posts anymore but I guess I'm starting to sound like AI or something?
Gonna dig into the full report and see...
As always, awesome work Rob!
