Really sad to hear of the passing of @AlunCarter1. I have known him for almost 20 years both in pro sport and more latterly as a lecturer. He was a great guy and his warm, friendly demeanour will be greatly missed @cardiffmet. Thoughts with friends and family 🙏💛

Perfect Hyperextension mechanism for a hamstring injury. Interesting to hear that he’s had a couple of previous this season. Interestingly, the movement pattern looks dodgy. Obvs people will talk about trunk hip flexion and knee extension, but a wonder about the MPs.
