L'anno scorso @AudaxEnergiaIta mi ha fatto pagare due volte la stessa fattura e ora ignorano la mia richiesta di rimborso. A febbraio mi è stato detto "La Sua richiesta è stata presa in carico dall'ufficio competente."Da allora nulla, e hanno smesso di rispondere alle mie e-mail.

Qualcun altro ha avuto problemi ad aprire un conto corrente con @INGItalia? Mi arriva sempre lo stesso messaggio: "non è possibile dare seguito alla tua richiesta” e neanche il servizio clienti mi sa aiutare (ho parlato con tre persone). Cose da pazzi veramente.
