Adam Aron just told @vladtenev and @DanGallagher straight: AMC does not consent to Robinhood making US stock tokens that copy AMC shares. SEC rules say get consent — or stand down. He calls them fake, synthetic shares that could hit AMC’s capital structure.
Simple ask for every shareholder:
• Did Robinhood get AMC’s consent for US tokens?
• If not, will they stand down?
• Who answers on record — Vlad or Dan?

This weekend Netflix’s new movie La Bola Negra gets a theatrical release at AMC. It won Best Director at the Cannes Film Festival, and highly likely will be in Oscar contention.

You claim to “support” the SEC’s new rules on Stock Tokenization efforts, as they apply in the United States.
Internationally, are you going to respect those same principals as laid out be the SEC?
Or shame, shame, shame, will your off-shore operation in far-off Jersey be a sleazy bastardization that makes a total mockery of what the SEC has demanded as being the right thing to do?

$GME Rumor has it that a credible, fully-financed tender for eBay will be announced very soon and the market will have to reprice the entity as a global marketplace holding company! Warrants will be in the money and every warrant that gets exercised will go directly to funding the acquisition.
