Details are always sketchy after an incident like this but so far what we think we know is that Kaylub Giamanco, a straight white male father, husband & carpenter, broke SEVERAL unconstitutional Oregon state laws, risking his life and freedom, and used his concealed carry gun to kill the child murderer who was armed with a much more powerful and capable long gun in an absolutely chaotic environment saving an untold number of innocent lives.
If the commie female governor of Oregon comes after this man I will personally start and train a posse of American citizens and break him out of jail.
Train like you are the only person who can save your family because you are accordingly...

🚨🇺🇸 A random bystander took down the Oregon school shooter in under three minutes... in a district that BANS guns on campus
Three minutes. That's how long it took police to reach Silver Rail Elementary in Bend after a teenager with a long gun walked in, and by the time they got there he was already dead on the floor, killed by a civilian nobody has named yet.
He'd already murdered a 5-year-old, an 8-year-old, an 11-year-old and their teacher.
A 7-year-old and a 54-year-old teacher are fighting for their lives tonight.
Here's the part the lawyers are going to fight over.
Bend's school district banned every firearm on its property in 2022, permit holders included, and state law says a gun on campus has to be unloaded and locked in a car.
Police won't say where the bystander was standing or whether he was supposed to have a gun at all.
So the system said no guns, the killer brought one anyway, and the only thing that stopped him was someone who may have also broken the rule.
Whatever the circumstances, the person is a HERO.

At the risk of getting crushed (again) this week, I’ll hesitantly point out that death penalties in the Bible were performed publicly before “all the assembly” (Leviticus 24:14)
This was because there was not just 1 purpose (justice) for capital punishment; there were 2 purposes…
1) Justice, AND…
2) Public deterrence, so the rest of the people “shall hear and fear, and never again do any such evil” (Deut 13:11)

The economy, particularly the job market, is in such a strange place right now. With the advent of AI, it feels like it should be easier than ever before to make money, especially in entrepreneurial ventures. I'm not finding this to be true yet.
On the other hand, it's also never been more difficult to find work with a company, especially as a full-time employee rather than as a contractor. Wages are being depressed. The number of job openings is down, and the new AI world that we're in makes it seem like it should be easier to make money than it has ever been. But that just doesn't seem to be playing out in reality.
Meanwhile, there's one camp of people (the AI pundits, let's call them) that are gaslighting the rest of us, calling us stupid for not being able to be entrepreneurial and make money with AI.

Replying to @L1569Uptown
Literally no reporter in the QC ever investigates the judges and DAs that constantly let criminals go free with no bail. Everyone should know who these people are and their records. God forbid reporting happens that actually informs people.

The North Carolina Democratic Party has lost their minds.
They want you to vote “no” in November for:
Voter ID
A cap on your income tax at 3.5%
A property tax levy limit
All to be codified into the North Carolina Constitution to prevent these laws from being repealed.
They are not for North Carolinians and those who want to keep the government out of their wallets and off their property.
Basically they want you to be slave to the system.
Make a long lasting impact in the future of this great state and vote yes for all three.
There's a lot of talk about the ethics of AI-generated content. I think "who wrote this?" is the wrong first question — what matters more is who answers for the claims, and whether readers are told how the piece was made.

🚨 THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT TRUMP’S NEW H-1B ORDER IS TARGETING.
An H-1B worker says their employer completed the PERM labor-market test on September 7.
Eight days later, the company had layoffs.
Now immigration says the PERM filing cannot proceed because of the layoff-related requirements.
Trump’s September 18 order directs agencies to consider whether H-1B sponsors laid off similarly situated American workers within the previous year.
Lay off Americans while sponsoring foreign workers?
Now the layoffs matter.
Trump’s order is only weeks old. This is exactly the kind of situation it was designed to address.
@realDonaldTrump @JDVance @StephenM @SusieWiles47
🚨 BREAKING: THIS IS HUGE. THE WHITE HOUSE JUST PUT AMERICAN LAYOFFS DIRECTLY INTO THE H-1B REVIEW PROCESS.
President Trump signed a new executive order TODAY.
Federal agencies are now directed to consider whether an H-1B sponsoring employer:
Laid off similarly situated American workers during the previous year
OR
Plans to lay them off in the future.
And there’s more.
The Labor Department has 30 DAYS to begin reviewing previously submitted H-1B Labor Condition Applications to determine whether action against sponsoring employers is warranted.
Think about the implications.
A company lays off thousands of American tech workers.
Then turns around and says it needs H-1B workers.
The government is now explicitly being told:
LOOK AT THE LAYOFFS.
This is exactly the question companies should have been forced to answer all along.

What would America look like if 55 million Visas were cancelled?
If 55 million visas were cancelled overnight, America would change in ways few could imagine.
At first it would look chaotic. Hospitals short on nurses. Tech firms unable to staff support teams. Crops left to rot because migrant labor vanished. For a few months, the headlines would scream collapse. But then something else would happen.
Wages would climb. Trades and apprenticeships would surge. Colleges that depended on foreign tuition would close, but community colleges would thrive again as Americans re-trained. Housing prices in major cities would fall for the first time in decades. Renters would finally have leverage. Families that were priced out could buy homes again.
The GDP might dip at first, but the money would start circulating locally. People who thought they’d never matter in the economy would suddenly be needed again. The country would remember how to build, grow, fix, and teach without importing labor. It wouldn’t be easy, but it would be ours.

Every morning we put out a call to action post.
Oftentimes we ask our skilled folks to go to jobs.now and apply for the jobs that keep perms from becoming greencards.
It works.
Yesterday, @grok alerted me to an urgent email in my Gmail inbox that I had not yet signed my weekly timesheet at my contract job. This is cool and convenient, but I didn't ask Grok to do this, which raises some pretty serious privacy concerns for me.

🚨 42% OF RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATES ARE UNDEREMPLOYED.
Meaning they’re working in jobs that typically don’t require a college degree.
September 2025: 41.8%
June 2026: 42.0%
The highest levels since the pandemic.
Meanwhile, recent-grad unemployment is 5.7%.
The White House is now citing these numbers as part of its justification for H-1B restrictions.
The obvious question: Why are we importing workers for college-level jobs when 42% of our own recent graduates can’t find one?

Our message to corporate America is simple: We’re not going to let you lay off American workers so you can replace them with cheap foreign labor.

Since 2022, the same companies cutting Americans were importing visa workers. The receipts, one by one.
Microsoft: 3,426 cut, 3,259 H-1Bs brought in. Nearly one out, one in.
Google: 951 Americans cut in 2024, 1,058 H-1Bs hired the same year. More gone than seats open.
Intel: nearly 3,000 cut, 851 approved, after taking $7.86 billion in taxpayer subsidies.
Amazon: laid off in wave after wave and stayed the single largest H-1B sponsor in the country the entire time.
Meta: cut tens of thousands, already paid $14 million to settle DOJ findings it favored visa workers, kept filing anyway.
Apple: paid $25 million for rigging hiring against Americans, still one of the top 15 visa users.
IBM: 3,900 laid off after bringing in 1,200-plus H-1Bs, and separately caught favoring visa holders in its own job ads.
Seven of the most valuable companies on earth. Same years. Same playbook.
They didn't run out of Americans.
They ran the math.

Hey @elonmusk someone inside your company has gone rogue and banned an account simply for exposing Indians abusing the H-1B visa system. Please fix this and restore @desitechsuppoat

Are you fucking kidding me?
@elonmusk this account needs to be reinstated immediately, all he did was expose visa abuse through the proper channels with extremely diligent investigations.
How many times are good accounts WHO DID NOTHING WRONG going to be banned on this website because of the indian visa fraud lobby?
