Why doesn’t BitPay support Zcash? It’s the most cypherpunk crypto out there. Seems highly aligned. (Something something regulatory pressure I’m sure)

Love all of it except the ZSA idea. That should die in a fire

I didn’t come to crypto to put my financial life on a public scoreboard. Privacy belongs on the base layer. Cryptography should protect the human, not just secure the ledger. That’s my $ZEC thesis. Opting out should actually mean opting out.

Hi @thsottiaux - It would be great if Codex ran compaction when the human is detected as idle when nearing limits... Scenario - I leave a long running prompt going, walk away. When I come back, I find that it has finished the task. I type a short follow-up question, then boom I have to wait for a few minutes for compaction and sit on my hands. Boring!

People try to do well to outrun this crap, then they want to punish you for that too. Do you just want people to give up and stop trying? STOP PUNISHING SUCCESS
A teacher earning $60,000 pays Social Security taxes on every dollar she earns. A worker earning $184,500 does, too. But someone earning $1 million pays the tax on just the first $184,500. Nothing more. Yes, the country’s billionaires pay into Social Security as if they make $184,500. That doesn’t make sense. So I have a bill to eliminate this arbitrary cap on Social Security taxes. If those with the highest incomes just paid the same share as everyone else, we could inject around $3 TRILLION into the program over the next 10 years. I'm fighting hard to protect Social Security.

🔥 JUST IN: JAN3 CEO Samson Mow says Bitcoin’s next rally will be “the most hated rally of all time” as investors missed the dip waiting for $40K in October.

This is cool, but seems fundamentally backwards. The private chain should be the base chain.
Bitcoin has had zCash technology since 2021 It’s called zSide and it’s a drivechain secured by hashrate escrow But Bitcoin maxis didn’t want it, because anything that makes Bitcoin better is called "shitcoinery" ECASH.com will have zCash privacy, prediction markets, and much more- without changing Bitcoin Core at all
