& of course, we have no doubt that she'll still be sharing her research on the role of woodlots, forests 🌳 and hedgerows in supporting 🍎 & crop pollinators 🐝🦋. Trees for bees! :) Congratulations Kass, and best of luck on your new adventures.

Co-teaching an insect-plant #network lab for Field Bio is a highlight of fall here @cornellento - joy to teach w Julie Davis @ToxicPlantLab & Heather Grab @PovedaLab! The Buzzline at @CUintheGarden was ALIVE today w wool-carder bees, bumbles, ambush bugs & crab spiders (etc!)

Where, oh where can the time have gone? Our very own Silas Bossert, @thecriticalbee , will be giving his final PhD defense seminar tomorrow, Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at 1:15 PM. We hope you can join us for: "What can ultraconserved DNA tell us about the phylogeny of bees?"

we might be biased, but Silas is an expert at entertaining, detailed, and complex presentations, and his figures pretty much always blow us out of the water. Silas has taken many of these high-res bee photos himself! A thesis defense not to be missed. xitter.cf/thecriticalbee/status/…
