Fabregas and Como owners are running football in a whole new way.
Fabregas might be the next Pep in being “Football Obsessed”, imagine preparing a matchday gameplan for the owners to understand what they would play and a post match analysis for the owners to understand what they played.
Nah, Fabregas is a brilliant mind

18 Finn Yeats 22 (Falkirk) 135
19 Kai Fotheringham 23 (St Johnstone) 124
20 Bailey Rice 19 (Kilmarnock) 85
Note: I'm not suggesting all these players are international quality, it's just looking at the player pool, I've used U'23 to give a better reflection rather than U'21 where the data would make even worse reading!
"IMO" hopefully, Tony Docherty finds room for Henry Fieldson, Daniel Bennie, Eseosa Sule, Bobby Wales & Bailey Rice in his next squad if space.
I envisage maybe 4 promotions from the last U'21 squad with Robbie Ure, Luke Graham, Colby Donovan & James Wilson stepping up.
As always comments open, feel free to share/interact or argue :)

“Scottish football is in terrible shape”
No Celtic and Rangers are in terrible shape. Hibs were minutes away from beating a side with twice their resources, Hearts beat a Rapid Vienna side with twice theirs.
Motherwell gave a good account of themselves against the Europa League finalists after beating HJK Helsinki.
It’s just the Glasgow clubs that embarrassed themselves

The thing is, they are not as shite as they appeared in a Dons top.
Clear issue with players settling into the city or club, as that many comimg in and not performing to the level they can, shows that. From the development model to players with quality like Okkels, Karlsson, Aouchichie (now bossing it at schalke). That many and differing levels of quality all not managing to come in and get going, there has to be more we can do.
Then you’ve to ask what the plan was with the players, majority of the development signings have came in and played out of position or being asked to play a role that doesn’t play to their strength.. or like Kjartansson just not player at all
It’s not worked and rather than address the reason why it’s potentially not worked, we’ve chucked the whole thing out the window. So frustrating

I had forgotten how much I despise Celtic. They're on my radar again for an hour. A bunch of bullies and thugs, who celebrate despite being the equivalent of an elite sprinter winning a photo finish in the special Olympics, owned and run by some of the worst people my country has ever produced, and thinking it's a major achievement, before their next game is a 2-0 loss to some Armenian farming community half way up the side of a mountain.
How's that for bitter 😂😂😂.

Barry Ferguson bringing down the Aberdeen player in on goal in the Rangers box - no penalty awarded.
And the Ricksen kick, which the referee missed even though he was looking straight at it.

Thought the Milne McIntyre CB partnership looked worth persevering with. Morrison has shown nothing to suggest he's capable of playing at this level, let alone be a starter for us - hope he shows more today
