“Just like the different parts of the body have unique roles but work together to form one body, we too must work together. This is how the Catholic Church has managed to achieve what it has,” Archbishop Ssemwogerere said. He was speaking at a thanksgiving Mass at Lubaga Cathedral, where hundreds of Catholic faithful gathered to celebrate 60 years since the canonical establishment of the Kampala Archdiocese. The anniversary marks the establishment of the Archdiocese by Pope Paul VI in 1966, following the merger of the former ecclesiastical jurisdictions of Lubaga and Nsambya. #NTVNews
