A fantastic morning spent at the Ulster Fitness and Dance Championships with an amazing group of girls. And the results are in! 1st place Bonnie and Tara minor modern duet (highest mark in their section). 1st place Lauren and Nicole junior lyrical duet.

Prize giving is always the most exciting part of a competition and unfortunately this year this was the one part we missed out on. So I hope you all received your medals and, although there was no award ceremony, you are all champions in our eyes. 🥇
