You don't waste time on dialogue that no one cares about instead of showing Ammu-Nation, Cluckin' Bell, the radio stations, the shops and everything that built the GTA franchise. Players wanted to see more of Leonida, more activities, the map, the systems, the cars, the helicopters, the planes... But Rockstar decided to show... dialogue, for the most part. GTA fans deserve better.
