UAE authorities prohibit photographing or sharing images of incident sites, projectile damage, government buildings, and diplomatic missions. Israeli citizens must comply with UAE laws; violations are punishable by fines, imprisonment, or further sanctions.

Today marks one year since the tragic loss of Rabbi Zvi Kogan Z”L, who was murdered in a heinous antisemitic attack. The Consulate General of Israel in Dubai remembers Rabbi Zvi with profound sorrow and deep respect. He was a cherished member of the Jewish community in Dubai and the UAE, a man of faith and kindness who dedicated his life to building bridges, supporting others, and spreading light wherever he went. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his dear family, to the Chabad-Lubavitch team, and to the entire Jewish and Israeli community. His memory and his impact continue to inspire us all. May his memory be a blessing.
