So I'm currently in a waiting period reflecting on the whole process and how demoralising it must be for others out there. I feel for how many people are financially restricted from even exploring this avenue. I am well aware of how privileged and lucky I am.

But something has to change or give in this process. The rise of the neurodiverse space has so many impacts on social, professional and personal relationships. We need to pay more attention to helping people work through a difficult and challenging process.
