I've now heard from their technical team that they cancelled my service request as they cannot obtain the part. Meaning a 2yr old machine is not usable, and now becomes e-waste @samsung @SamsungMiddleEa @TechnoBlueQ @MOI_QatarEn @ILQLive
I've now been waiting 39 days for @Samsung @SamsungMiddleEa @TechnoBlueQ to repair my 2yr old washing machine. They never contact and I have to keep chasing. They don't keep necessary parts in the country. @MOI_QatarEn @iloveqatar #qatar #doha #notsustainable #e-waste
