Some of my favourite people are teachers and students and while they don’t love being masked full time, it sure beats the alternative of watching their classmates and colleagues die from a preventable disease.

Hi my name is Dan and I write about hockey in a city where the municipal government paid half the cost of arena construction for the team I “cover” and I fully supported that, so sports is only political when it’s convenient to me.
Right now? I just want hockey without drama.
I see that @SportsnetSpec wrote an article about how Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl have to be better defensively in order for the team to be better.
I’m glad he said that before I did, so he gets all the heat and I can blame someone else for my bad opinion.
I don’t see what the big deal is. If parents don’t want their kids to get sick, they should just keep them in the drawer, like I do with mine.
I can’t wait to teach my many kids that anyone left of far right is a communist, as we huddle together to stay safe from COVID.
It’s really a shame that no one reads 1984 in school anymore. I bet those communist teachers stopped teaching it because it revealed their true Commie ideology.
