Last night's dinner was so good! I marinated pork tenderloin medallions in a homemade marinade seasoned with this Billy Twang rub for 36 hours. Baked over buttery onions and served it with pearl couscous and sautéed brussel sprouts and broccoli.

I feel like I've been very absent from my community and friends lately. No..I know I have been There have a few reasons: I'm in a lot of back pain. My office is very warm and uncomfortable to stream. It's also very cluttered at the moment. I have been lacking motivation.

I've also been feeling waves of lack of focus and depression. I've been binging youtube and TV. I'll be back around at some point, I just need a moment of emotional and physical healing. I hate these seasons but they happen.
