John McAfee

He didn’t understand why the car ride ended at a shelter.
He didn’t understand why his person walked away.
All he knew was… they weren’t coming back.
He pressed his head against the cold floor, eyes full of confusion and heartbreak.
Every time someone passed his kennel, he lifted his head hoping it was them.
But the door never opened.
He wasn’t aggressive.
He wasn’t “broken.”
He was devoted… and devastated.
Dogs don’t just miss their owners.
They grieve them like family.
Because that’s what we are to them.
Please…
If you ever decide to bring a dog into your life, remember:
To them, it’s forever. 💔

BREAKING: Hero fighter pilot Amy McGrath goes viral with a BRUTAL takedown of Donald Trump and MAGA Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth after their deranged speech to American generals.
This is what a REAL soldier sounds like...
"Pete Hegseth still has a lot to learn, I think, unfortunately. When I flew my combat missions, there was not a set male standard and a female standard for flying an aircraft onto the back of an aircraft carrier. You can either do it or you can't," McGrath told CNN.
"And so I feel like it's the notion of standing up there and saying to the generals and admirals who all, by the way, know that there were never separate combat standards for males and females, you know, combat jobs have had one standard for a long time," she continued. "And part of when we opened combat jobs to women, those of us who were in those jobs wanted one standard to be set. And it was."
During Hegseth's widely condemned speech, he ranted about ending "woke" efforts in the military, firing "fat" soldiers and leaders, and imposing "male standards" on all troops. The entire event proved to be a total waste of time, yet another case of a MAGA official prioritizing pointless PR over actual policy. These generals were forced to fly in to hear a former Fox News host play-act as a "war fighter" when they should have been at their post overseas, keeping American safe.
"So I think it's kind of ridiculous but honestly, that in comparison to the rest of what we heard in the last hour is really minor," McGrath added. "That speech was bonkers by the president, and everybody sitting in that room knows that we don't have a coherent foreign policy or defense policy. And that, I think, is a bigger issue indeed."
During her CNN appearance, she dug into Trump's remarks—
"There was a lot of rambling. There was a ton of lies. There was a lot of politicization as was just mentioned and some of the craziness that you heard from this speech," McGrath said. "But the scariest part was when the president talked about using the military and using our cities as a training ground for the United States military."
In a separate post on X, McGrath shredded Hegseth some more.
"This morning’s grandstanding at Quantico only solidified what we already know: @PeteHegseth
continues to disparage and lie about women in the military," she wrote. "He claimed the military needs to 'return to the male standard' in combat jobs (of 1990!), but here’s the truth: there has never been a separate male and female standard. When women entered combat roles, one standard was set, and we’ve been meeting it ever since. You can either do the job or you can’t. Period."
Well said!
Please retweet and ❤️ if you think that Amy McGrath would make a far better Secretary of Defense!

Most engineers don't yet understand (or see value) in coding with AI models, even if it might seem like everyone is doing it now. We're still so early.
In the past few months, I've been surprised how many times I needed to explain what "context" was and how it relates to AI models. Even worse, when I tried to send them a link, most of the existing content was not very good!
They would start by describing models and then immediately introduce a bunch of terms beginners wouldn't understand. What the heck is a tool call? This is unfortunately extremely common and a huge barrier for beginners learning new tech.
Concepts need to build on each other. Once you understand that models are like fancy text autocompletes, then you can learn that they generate tokens. You can't teach about context until you know what tokens are, otherwise the "context window of 200k tokens" would make no sense.
Once you understand the foundations, new concepts can stack. For example... tokens → context → tool calls → agents. This is one of my big gripes with how MCP is taught. MCP servers are really just tool calls *someone else* defines! They're like integrations or skills you can give to AI models.
So, I started building this course over the past few months. I had everyone from Cursor Enterprise customers to those with no coding skills read the material. I had our Cursor Ambassadors review it and try to teach the content to others. All of this helped make the content both beginner-friendly and conceptually strong (hopefully).
Great educational content is both easy for beginners to understand and also fun for experts to watch. Even if you already understand AI models well and use them to code all day, you might pick up a fun analogy for how to think about context, or similar!
There's still a lot more I want to teach here. Just getting started 😄

You could worry about the markets tomorrow. Or you can vibe code something you think people would pay for tomorrow.
I've noticed 2 types of founders:
1) You are glued to CNBC, refreshing your Robinhood, and doom-scrolling tariff takes on social
2) You are on v0, opening Replit/Bolt/Lovable etc, and building something new that solves a real problem for real people.
The first group is paralyzed by factors they can't control.
The second is focused on the one thing they can...
Creating value that customers will pay for regardless of what the S&P 500 does.
It's fun seeing how it all plays out.
But I'd rather be building than worrying.
The markets will do what they do.
Your ability to create value people want won't.

Take paper and draw two circles. In one circle write down what made you feel most alive in the last 10 years. In the other circle write down who you would like to serve in this world. The intersection of both circles, this the purpose of your life.
Write down what is in your two circles.

- Forex
- Crypto
- Metals
Choosing the right one helped me go from -$60K in trading to becoming a full-time 6-figure trader.
