The two South American countries I just came from have far more efficient immigration processes than the Houston airport immigration team. Over 400 people in line, and only four of the counters are open out of more than 40.

I would think job 1 for an airline would be to make sure the plane has enough fuel. @CopaAirlines you failed job 1. Never had to divert /land suddenly because the airline miscalculated the fuel needs. Don’t ever fly this Co if you can avoid it. Horrible experience all around.

How is it that it's 2024 and yet @united 's wifi from lax to nyc, 5.5 hour flight is still stuck in 2004. The worst. Nothing works. For business fliers needing to work this is tantamount to selling a false product. Flight should be free or discounted without it. Ridiculous.
