Can’t go by records in Bowls… we all know the SEC teams that lost are because they were disappointed and didn’t want to be there. While the two that won continue to prove the dominance of the conference.
Vandy lost to Iowa because they didn’t care. They didn’t want to be in THAT Bowl. Just like every SEC team that has lost a bowl, ever. The SEC will win every hypothetical game on social media… but if it is actually played, the results don’t matter.
