Sean McVay nailed the job description.
Be an elevator.
Lift people to their highest potential.
That's it.
That's leadership.

Don't give me that "(Coosa) has had a rough road" and "(Coosa) has overcome a lot" bullcrap. They played ineligible players and got caught TWICE. Any adversity they've had, they made it.
Little buddy is so much fun to watch. I love being able to just be "Dad" and not "Coach" sometimes when it comes to my kids and their sports.

We had the inaugural Blount Co. Schools STEM competition today. LF only brought a two-person team in 5/6 grade division. Other teams had 4 ppl. Not only did my kids get MAX POINTS for the task, they got bonus points for doing it in ONLY HALF of the allotted time! @GArmstrong1986
A long day, but a good day. Three #Hornets are automatically qualified for the State Championship meet next week, and we still have a lot of opportunities still in front of us on Day 2.
