Presented in partnership with @capcutapp, @TheCantinaApp, and @runware.
Alright, let's render 🔥
FLUX 3 Max is live on fal today 🤩
Here are 3 jobs it (actually) takes off you:
1. sitting through a two-minute render for every test, which is about what the original FLUX 3 needed
2. keeping a take you don't love, because trying again means waiting again
3. picking between quality and speed when a client wants options by tonight
fal's own chart has it tied for #1 on Artificial Analysis for image-to-video, with a 10-second clip done in about 12 seconds.

THE FUTURE OF AI VIDEO CREATION ISN'T JUST ABOUT GENERATING MORE CONTENT. IT'S ALSO ABOUT MAKING THE CREATIVE PROCESS EASIER TO COMMUNICATE AND EXECUTE.
I explored that idea with a Tesla Roadster marketing concept using CapCut Web × Codex.
The premise is straightforward: tell Codex what you want to create in natural language, and let it call CapCut to carry out the video creation workflow.
ChatGPT acts as the intelligent brain that understands the creative intent. CapCut acts as the agile creative hands that help bring it to life.
From the initial idea to a complete marketing video, the goal is a smoother, more efficient creative journey — one where the tools work around your vision instead of making you work around them.

You're still asking an LLM to design a car.
LLM vs world model, 4 differences (on real CAD work):
→ LLM: writes one design, token by token
→ SKY-001: simulates several designs, keeps the best
→ LLM: a 3D shape that only looks right
→ SKY-001: every part and sub-assembly, down to the screws
→ LLM: no build steps an engineer can use
→ SKY-001: a step-by-step CAD build sequence that opens in Autodesk Fusion
→ LLM: pays for every token it writes
→ SKY-001: 100x faster and 150x cheaper than GPT-6 Astra on CAD and BIM (per Skyfall)
Skyfall AI calls it the first engineering world model toward autonomous manufacturing. Built by the team behind Maluuba, in research preview today.

Introducing SKY-001, the first Engineering World Model.
On CAD and BIM tasks, it beats GPT-6 Astra and every frontier model we tested:
-> 51-125x faster
- > 150-210x cheaper
-> Higher IOU than all frontier models
SKY-001 lets you dream a physical object before you build it.
18 months of work. Built by the team out of Maluuba's deep learning lab (acq. by @MSRResearch).
The first ‘AI General Engineer’ will be the backbone for Autonomous Manufacturing.

WAIT... YOUR GROUP CHAT CAN BUILD SOFTWARE NOW 🤯
Wabi generates interactive mini-apps inside conversations, alongside AI agents that help get things done.
→ School pickup changes? Update the family calendar.
→ Planning a trip? Pick dates, build the itinerary and book it.
→ Fancy a show? Find a night that works and get tickets.
Your people, the apps and the agent, all in one thread.

personal agents are one person, one chat. but the parts of life that matter run on more than one person

Turning a simple sketch into a Fusion-ready assembly could save engineers serious time
Engineers lose thousands of hours to one job.
The job SKY-001 takes over (step by step):
1. sketch or describe the product
2. it simulates several designs and keeps the best
3. it splits the winner into every part and sub-assembly
4. it sketches each part in 2D and lifts it into 3D
5. it rebuilds everything in order, ready for Autodesk Fusion
Skyfall AI calls it the first engineering world model toward autonomous manufacturing. The team built Maluuba, and Skyfall says it runs 100x faster and 150x cheaper than GPT-6 Astra on CAD and BIM.

> OpenAI raised over $4B for a company that embeds engineers inside clients
> Google Cloud is sending engineers into Vista's portfolio companies
> AWS committed $1B to a unit of forward-deployed engineers
> Anthropic launched an AI services firm with Blackstone and Goldman Sachs

Gartner calls it “FDE washing”: rebranding consulting as forward-deployed engineering, sometimes charging more without delivering more.
It also predicts that by 2028, 70% of enterprises will abandon agentic AI built by vendor FDEs because costs keep rising and they can’t improve the systems themselves.
Embedded engineers can do valuable work. But part of that work should be making sure your team can carry on without them.
If every fix, model change or new workflow requires another vendor engagement, that hasn’t happened.
Before a portfolio company signs, we’d ask five questions:
1. Who owns the code, prompts, eval sets and agent configurations from day one? Get ownership and access agreed before the work starts.
2. What’s the handover plan? Put it in the statement of work, with a timeline and someone on your side responsible for taking over.
3. Which of our engineers will build alongside yours from week one? Your team needs experience running the system while help is still there.
4. What will it cost to run after you leave? Ask for an estimate at expected usage, including inference, hosting and monitoring.
5. Can our team change models without you? Ask how they would test and deploy a replacement, and what would need rebuilding.
At @LimestoneHQ, our contracts run month-to-month. Clients can leave at the end of any month.
We’ve had CTOs bring their Limestone team with them when they moved to another company.
That’s the relationship we want.
Clients who can leave and choose to stay.

Today we are releasing JST-2, the world's first full-stack physics-native world foundation model.
Many world models learn in pixel/video space. We went back to first principles and built the entire model stack in 3D.

One small change in an email can throw off an entire family’s day.
Wabi’s personal AI assistants can notice a school pickup change and update the shared family calendar, helping everyone get the new details without another round of messages.
It brings that practical help into a messenger where families can chat, organise plans together and let AI handle some of the follow-up.

Wabi can create interactive apps around what you need and keep them alongside your chats and personal AI assistant, so you can use them where the conversation happens.
Think of a fitness tracker for a challenge with friends, or a shared planner built around the trip your group is organising.

Your group chat could become the place where your next trip actually gets booked.
Wabi combines personal AI assistants, group chats and custom apps in one messenger, giving friends a shared space to make plans with AI helping along the way.
