.@TeamYouTube this is obviously a mistake, and it would take approximately 5 seconds to confirm as much. There is no reused content on this channel. The fact your "manual review" for appeals is so clearly a bot is embarrassing and insulting. Fix this.

My livestream for tonight has been Age Restricted by YouTube. It starts in an hour and a half. I have not broadcast anything live today. There is nothing for your team to review. My channel has no strikes and I've never seen anything like this. Fix it please.

The whole point of Syril is to demonstrate how totalitarian regimes aren't just enabled by moustache twirling villains, but by good men duped into serving the wrong cause, their morals manipulated and their worldviews critically limited. His final realisation that his whole life had been dedicated to a lie, only to be unceremoniously cut down before he can act on it, was a brilliantly stark reminder of how brutal and uncaring the Empire really was. I'm sorry this was lost on you.
The big thing I found off-putting about Andor was not the drabness or the darker tone but the writers' apparent antipathy for this guy. The show constantly mocks and degrades him for the great crime of assuming that two strangers deserved to live and their killer should be brought to justice. He's not doing it for glory or personal gain - he loses everything because of this obsession.
I found this so amoral and repellent I felt no desire to watch season 2 - I wasn't surprised at all when I heard he'd been killed off unceremoniously with no personal arc or resolution to his story. Had the writers taken the character seriously and empathized with him a little, he could have been very compelling. As is the story would not change at all if he didn't exist. Thus every second he's on screen is a waste of your time, like so many other things in the show.
RIP Space Javert.

really sad how insular film journalism has become... a reporter asking actual questions and not fawning over the actors is seen as a direct attack that should be met with targeted harassment. the super hero genre has set back film as a medium by about 50 years.
