The way this community represents and remembers KiXSTAr warms my heart. Enormous thanks to @NoLimi7_ for bringing the KiX flag to Manchester. He may not be with us physically but he'll always be with us in spirit

Dear Siege Community, (LONG POST BUT WORTH THE READ)
I'm reaching out to share my experience and seek your support. As some of you might or might not know, I have left my position as a team manager/analyst for a certain T1 ORG . The decision came after being placed in an untenable situation, where continuing seemed impossible due to the organization's failure to fulfill its commitments. Numerous individuals, including myself, are still awaiting payment, all of which was promised but never delivered. This pattern of exploitation, followed by abandonment when compliance is withheld, has become a norm within the organization. Empty promises have not only "disillusioned" players and support staff but also left us feeling discarded when we dared to question their practices or no longer agreed to play by their rules.
Despite efforts to escalate these issues, including reaching out to various contacts at Ubisoft, the response has been disheartening, suggesting little can be done. Many of us have faced intimidation through NDAs and have been gaslighted into silence. Or just been wore down so much they feel its a helpless situation. Maybe it is but it's a situation I can no longer tolerate in silence.
Since joining the Siege community in 2017 and dedicating myself to analytics, this community has been a source of strength through personal trials, including cancer and divorce. It's been a privilege to witness the growth of this community and its members. However, the ongoing injustices by this organization demand action.
Recently, I learned that this organization has formed a new team, presumably under the same dubious conditions that have become all too familiar to us. I bear no ill will towards the new players and urge everyone to refrain from directing any negative sentiment towards them. However, I feel it's crucial for us to take a stand against the organization's practices. I'm calling on our community and the Tier 1 organizations to consider a boycott of anything associated with this org. Why should reputable orgs invest heavily in their teams when this one continues to make promises it doesn't keep? It's unfair and something we shouldn't just accept.
I propose that Tier 1 organizations might consider boycotting scrims, and I encourage our community members to think about boycotting skins or any other merchandise that benefits this organization directly. It's about making an informed choice; no judgment from my side if you decide otherwise. What's important is that we address this issue with the professionalism and integrity. Let's not resort to spreading negativity or aggression towards those involved; that won't solve anything.
Only by coming together can we hope to initiate meaningful change and protect the integrity of our community and the players we've all come to love.
In the end, Siege will always have a place in my heart, and I truly love you all. Your support in bringing these issues to light and demanding accountability is invaluable. I am still here and I am still willing to work with orgs or teams or analysts who are looking for help.
