How can @Walmart screw up a simple online order, then claim no responsibility because "the order was filled by a 3rd party??" It's simple...I want what I ordered FROM WALMART and paid for!

Wow....@TractorSupply - You confirmed an item was in stock, yet an order placed six days ago still hasn't shipped. Disappointing when a company like TSC plays these kinds of games; as if I'd ordered from a company in China. Someone needs to read the Customer Service 101 manual.

Went to @Carrabbas in Naples last night. Food was fantastic as always but the service was the worst I've ever had anywhere. However, the Manager took care of it and we actually left happy. Well done, Carrabas!

ONE teller in the entire @BankofAmerica branch and the Manager is telling me, "that's on purpose." Feel like I'm at a Walmart instead of a BOA. Time to look for another bank.

Ughhh... I'm flying @Delta again, so of course they can't get the flight out on time. So, major delayed flights = missed connections = rebooked flights = really crappy seats on the rebooks (wasted $$ on those premium seats) = getting home much later than planned (and paid for).

Kitchen was very slow last night a @NaplesAleHouse, but the Manager saved the day; sincerely apologized and worked with us on the bill. Great Customer Service example!
