Just leaving this here for @AngelaRayner and @UKLabour

Unbelievably poor service @RitzCarlton Shanghai, we have been waiting almost 2 hours after check in for our rooms to be ready! Staff seem at a complete loss on how to get this resolved. After years of loyalty I think we will definitely go back to staying @MO_HOTELS

Hey @Topps_UK just bought my fanatical card collecting daughter the Super Tin No.3 because apparently it has a special pack for 3 Hall of Fame cards and with great disappointment there was no pack in there! I get mistakes happen but #veryupsetdaughter

The engaging response I got from the customer services team @instagram

Does @instagram actually have any humans in customer support or is it just a bunch of unhelpful articles in the help section on their app/site?

Hey @instagram can I possibly talk to a human please, trying to recover a hacked account and nothing works and there doesn’t seem to be anyway to contact someone! Thanks you 😊

Hey @British_Airways is there anyway I can speak to a human about issues with my tier points and Exec Club status? Tried everything online but with zero luck, it would be so nice to actually chat to someone who could help!

I don’t know what’s happening to @British_Airways this is our 4th flight this year and boarding is an absolute shit show again! How do other airlines get it right and BA get it so wrong… and at their flagship terminal! #heathrow

Congratulations to @ActoniansLFC on winning the @BeaconsfieldFC tournament this afternoon #womensfootball
