Chairman of the Senate Executive Affairs Committee Tom Cotton says Senator Elizabeth Warren has broken "every rule" the upper chamber has on interacting with the Oval Office.
"Her use of the Autopen in 2023 and 2024 is unforgivable," said Cotton, "She should be expelled from this body for that reason alone."
Cotton says there are at least four other examples of why Warren doesn't qualify to sit in the Senate Chamber.
"She's corrupt from every angle."

The FBI's Autopen Task Force submitted its first report to the acting Attorney General this morning, implicating Elizabeth Warren in about two dozen felonies.
"She wasn't just authorizing pardons," said acting AG Blanche, "To the tune of about $30 million."
Blanche said the next step will be a lengthy process of securing evidence, managing witnesses, and pulling it all together for a grand jury.
"With some patience, we can put quite a few of the perpetrators of this fraud away for a long time.

THEN WHY WON'T SHE PUT THAT IN THE LAW?
On 15 October Anika Wells introduced the Digital Duty of Care Bill. The same day she told the National Press Club the fake accounts it creates "are not policing what people say online". She said they let eSafety "go undercover and make sure Big Tech is complying with the law."
Here's what the law actually lets them do.
eSafety can create fake identities online. It can break a platform's own rules to do it. Staff acting "in good faith" can't be sued. The rules for how the accounts are used are written by eSafety and the Federal Police, not by Parliament. And the public gets one report a year, in "general terms" only.
Now the part nobody is talking about.
The September draft didn't limit the fake account power to enforcement. It tied it to "performing the Commissioner's functions". Under section 27 of the Online Safety Act, those functions include running "educational, promotional and community awareness programs".
Read those two together. A government agency with the power to run fake accounts, and a job description that includes promotion.
The Minister says that's not what it's for. Then the fix is one line: "for the purpose of monitoring compliance with this Act, and no other purpose." If her words are true, she loses nothing by writing them into the law.
If she won't, ask yourself why.
In fairness, eSafety does need to see what platforms push at a 14-year-old, and it can't do that from an account labelled "Government". Pressure has already forced real changes since September. The Minister lost her power to add new "harms" by regulation, and the bill no longer overrides every other law in the country.
That's proof pushing back works.
So keep pushing. One line. Purpose limited to compliance. Write to your MP and Senators and ask them that one question.
