Jesse White has a pension and lives in low-income housing, but his sister is living with black mold in Alderman Brendan Reilly’s 42nd Ward.
I notified Reilly about this back in 2024… He immediately went over there. It’s 2026, and she’s still living with black mold, taking monthly trips to Northwestern because of it.

Small local NJ election STOLEN using electronic voting machines with only 43 voters.
The final count was 33 to 10, but the woman who lost called the people that voted because she knew all of them, and they found out that her votes were switched with her opponents by someone on the inside of her county.

非洲那边为啥发展不起来？一个德国网友说了大实话，跟咱一个在非洲干了8年的中国工程师观察得一模一样。
这工程师刚去的时候，在营地钻井取水，你们猜挖多深？12米！清甜的地下水哗哗冒，40多号人吃喝带浇菜园子，绰绰有余。可你再瞅营地两公里外那个村子，一百多号人，常年靠一个浑浊泥坑取水，水里啥都有，孩子喝了天天拉肚子。
明明地下全是水，村里连口井都没有。工程队心善，说免费帮你们打井吧。结果村长开口了：'用公共土地钻井，得给面粉、食用油、汽水当补偿。'行吧，工程队咬咬牙答应了。
接着雇本地村民干活，给的工钱在当地算高的了。结果呢？干一会儿歇半天，受那个'传统作息'影响，根本推不动进度。最后工程师自己上手，十天给人家打出一口井，连取水工具都配好了。
刚建好那会儿，村民排队取水，高兴得跟啥似的。可没过多久，井口被树枝、石头、生活垃圾堵了。工程队免费给清了好几回，反复说保持卫生，没用！堵了再清，清了再堵。最后井彻底废了，村民跑来说：'再给我们打一口吧。'
我的天，还有更绝的——招本地工人修围栏，到点就收工，活没干完照样要全额工钱。有个年轻人接了个稳定供货的活儿，收入不错，结果赚够花的就停工，钱花完了再回来干。援助机构免费发种子教种地，人家倒好，种子不种，最后啥也没收着。
说白了，地下水资源不缺，外面援助也不少，可建好的水井、设施，因为没人维护，慢慢全荒废了。
