The straws are quite haunting…
Once again our Canadian Government mandated a product that has put Canadians health at risk.
The South Korean Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment has concluded that paper straws scored 6.33 TIMES HIGHER than conventional plastic straws in a measure of carcinogenic impact through the course of manufacture, use and disposal.

HAS *ANYONE* ELSE NOTICED…
…that it only became a ‘more dangerous and divided world’…
…AS SOON AS MARK CARNEY STEPPED ON THE SCENE?
( And the media, who is allowed to lie to Canadians thanks to changes to the law by Trudeau, has echoed this insane rhetoric since Carney’s very first day.)
Amazingly will of the people.
Absolutely a joke 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
I never thought I’d see an NFL ball carrier penalized for running the ball too hard… Running defenders over is literally his job… 🤷♂️ #LakeBoss 🇺🇸

🇬🇧 WTF IS GOING ON?!
Britain's Defence Secretary urged households to STOCK UP on emergency supplies, warning that terrorists and state-backed actors could disrupt everyday life.
Wes Streeting told families to keep water, canned food, baby supplies, flashlights, phone chargers, and even CASH at home in case payment systems went down.
He stressed that there was no specific intelligence pointing to an imminent attack, but admitted Britain had fallen behind other European countries in preparing civilians for serious disruptions.
“There's no sugar coating the fact that we do live in a more dangerous and turbulent world.”

🇺🇸🇷🇺 Elon confirms that Russia could threaten satellites and take them down.
“One of the main reasons Starlink must remain civilian”
We just had a Russian satellite shadowing a Finnish one. The situation is space is getting a bit tense. Especially because people on the ground are dying due to the use of satellites for targeting, hence a military could get interested moving the fight o space … to improve ground operations on earth.
Taking down satellites would blind the enemy, but be a huge escalation …

Replying to @FilmLadd
This is indeed one of the main reasons that Starlink must remain a civilian operation.
It can be used for infrastructure that is military, but it cannot be used for unequivocally offensive strikes that make it fair game to be struck back.
An adversary blowing up Starlink satellites would create a domino effect of destruction that would generate a vast field of debris making space unusable.

She is absolutely nuking the reputation of The Economist with these interviews. First she gets decapitated by Elon Musk, now Jamie Dimon mocks how ridiculous she is.
JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon mocks The Economist during a tense exchange after being told he’s sounding like Trump: “I’m not Trumpian. I’m factual.” 🇺🇸
Interviewer: “You’re sounding Trumpy.”
Jamie Dimon: “I’m not Trumpian. I’m factual. I don’t agree with this binary shit that goes on all the time.
I think The Economist is the absolute best, most admirable thing in the world, and you should continue that.”
Dimon delivers the last line with apparent sarcasm, poking fun at the publication while pushing back against the idea that agreeing with Trump on certain issues makes him a Trump supporter.

This is criminal. Alberta's own data clearly shows that COVID is 99.9996% survivable for anyone under the age of 18.
The risks of taking this experimental gene therapy are 20x greater than the disease.
May the bloodthirsty warmongers, who push for a war that never ends, burn in hell!
Elon Musk warned about the Ukraine war years ago, and it's absolutely tragic how accurately he predicted the devastating cost of human lives from this conflict
Back in October 2022, Elon didn't just call for peace. He actually proposed a peace plan involving UN-supervised votes in occupied regions, recognizing Crimea as Russian, guaranteeing its water supply, and Ukraine remaining neutral
He warned that continuing this war would bring devastating death and destruction, with countless young Ukrainians and Russians losing their lives
And look at what's happened since then
More than 2 MILLION military casualties, entire cities destroyed, millions of people forced from their homes, and the war is still going on with no lasting peace
Elon faced enormous backlash for proposing a path toward peace, but the human cost he warned about has become an absolutely horrifying reality
And that's what makes this so tragic. These are human beings with parents, families, loved ones, and entire lives ahead of them, not disposable pieces on some geopolitical chessboard
How many more young people have to die in trenches before ending this endless slaughter becomes just as important as deciding who wins the war?
Elon saw the devastating human cost of a prolonged war coming years ago, and instead of taking his warning seriously, people attacked him for even putting a peace proposal on the table
Just imagine how many lives could have been saved if a lasting peace had been reached years earlier
How much more death and destruction will it take before ending this meat grinder becomes the priority??
