$330+ is heavily needed for $ARM to do anything big really.

That roof should cost $40,000. The other $710,000 will be stolen. This is why blue cities are bankrupt. The corruption keeps them in power.
On it. We just allocated $750,000 to replace the roof at Engine 70.

I'm seeing a lot of discourse about who WoW Forever is being made for and while I cannot speak for anyone else on the team I can speak for myself. I am making WoW forever for the classic gamer and for the millions of people who have had their accounts lapse over the years because they were not satisfied with changes that were made to the game. Whether those changes were to the art style, the story, social aspects, game design, or changes to their favorite class. I did not spend the last year of my life relearning and mastering how to do things like we did it 20+ years ago for retail players. I could have taken it easy and just kept doing things like I had done for the past 8 years on retail...because I was much more familiar with it and it actually takes a lot less time to do (height maps on textures do a ton of heavy lifting). Because the reality is that the majority of retail players wouldn't care and would probably actually prefer it. But I felt I had a duty to uphold an artistic vision and integrity that millions of people expect from us. But not just for our players, but for my co-workers past and present who worked on it over 20 years ago. If I could not create something that resembled their work then I failed not only them...but myself. Please do not take this as me throwing any shade at retail players or the retail team because I am one myself...but I wanted to make Forever as authentic of a Vanilla experience as possible. This involves making decisions wildly different than retail. It means holding the line against changes that create a domino affect down the road. It means keeping friction and inconveniences in the game. It means finding friends and forming groups with strangers and being social!! Because WoWs social aspects have always been the pillar of the game and over the years it has slowly been chiseled away at with changes that allow you play alone. Since the day I started working on the Riverglades I have lived by three sayings. "Convenience is the death of the journey." "If you're making a game for everyone then you're making it for no one." "Every change we make incurs a debt to the authenticity of the game and sooner or later that debt will be paid." These are my core beliefs and I had a specific group of people I was targeting with my work. These beliefs cannot be shaken and I will try to hold the line against anything that goes against them and will continue to pester the team about things that feel out of place. That being said, my hope is that Forever will pull in as many people as possible, whether you are a retail gamer, a classic gamer, someone who hasn't played in years, or even a new player. I hope you can all remember what made this game so special in the first place and that starts with understanding why we are so passionate about keeping it authentic.

LOL. It turns out that if you quote post or reply to any of @RoKhanna’s “eat the rich” posts with pictures of his mansions and golf clubs he deletes the posts. I’ve already done this to him twice. Give it a try.

Proof that children are easily influenced in every way, shape, or form. If you're a parent, it is your duty to monitor and control what your children are exposed to. Otherwise, you are allowing others to raise your children on your behalf.

Crazy but true… If 94% of the stocks in the S&P 500 went to ZERO leaving only the highest market cap stocks (top 6%) the index would still trade at 4400. The last time the S&P was @ 4400 was 3 yrs ago in Sept of 2023. 🤯
The S&P 500 is 0.7% below a record high, yet 430 of those stocks are 21.7% below their highs. That means on average 86% of the stocks are in a bear market. Breadth has only been this bad twice, in January 1973 and in 1999/2000. On both occasions, the S&P then crashed nearly 50%

Wait until you see their offshore accounts hidden by layers of shell companies and LLCs. Finally, the release of the Panama Papers 3.0 will shake Washington, DC, and the nation to its very core. My last update was August 2026, when senior forensic investigators reviewing millions of documents found that 3,629 current politicians (including local, state, and federal governments and 112 federal judges) have ‘hidden’ offshore bank accounts, using tactics to not only shield assets from judgments and prying eyes, but to circumvent taxes. Not too bright. They are all using the same core group of offshore ‘asset protection’ firms. 🤡 The typical scheme these offshore ‘asset protection’ firms set up, costing their clients 6, even 7 figures in legal fees, can be as simple as: Kickbacks/Dirty Money → Law Firm → Shell Company 1 (Panama) → Shell Company 2 (British Virgin Islands) → Shell Company 3 (Swiss Bank) → Legitimate Business, with additional loops like Shell Company 1 → Shell Company 3 and back.
California Assemblywoman Mia Bonta collected a six-figure 501(c)3 nonprofit salary while her husband Attorney General Rob Bonta steered more than half a million dollars to the groups that employed her. She allegedly used these funds to purchase multiple Gucci bags. That is not a rumor from a random account. CalMatters documented it years ago. While Rob Bonta sat in the Assembly, he solicited $517,500 in behested payments for nonprofits that paid his wife. The bulk was a $500,000 Google grant to Bring Me a Book, where she was a top executive. He also sent $21,000 in campaign cash to Literacy Lab while she was CEO there, then more money to Oakland Promise after she took that CEO job. They got letters saying the funds would not go to her salary. That is how you know the conflict was obvious. Bob Stern, who helped write California’s Political Reform Act, said the law should be changed so politicians cannot do this. The law was not changed. Rob became Attorney General. Mia took Rob’s Assembly seat. She later chaired the budget subcommittee that oversees his Department of Justice. Then she wrote AB 2624, the bill nicknamed the Stop Nick Shirley Act, after reporters started digging into the same family money trail. He asks donors with business before the state to fund her nonprofits. She draws the paycheck. He becomes the state’s top cop. She writes a law that makes it harder to put cameras on the network. That is not public service. That is a corrupt family business.

The US Dollar has lost -23% of its purchasing power since 2020. In other words, if your assets are up +30% since 2020, you have effectively just broken even in real terms. Inflation has now been above the Fed's 2% target for 60-straight months, and the bond market knows this. Own assets or be left behind.
It's official. As the bond market "meltdown" accelerates, the average interest rate on a 30Y mortgage in the US is up to 7.45%. That's up +150 basis points in 6 months and the highest since 2023, when inflation was at 6.4%+. What is happening? Let us explain. (a thread)
