Joyful best describes getting back together with 200 of my @DSM colleagues in Parsippany for a BBQ after 16 months. Felt like first day of school-handshakes & hugs are back. Great day of reconnecting, celebrating those that retired & welcoming new teammates @tsedal @MarkCCrowley – at Parsippany, NJ

Wonderful kick off to our @DSM NA Women Inspired Network ERG this afternoon during Women’s History Month & grateful for the opportunity to discuss Men as Allies in creating a more diverse, inclusive & successful organization – at Manasquan, NJ
