Do I have any editors on here who also look after non-fantasy work? I'm working on a memoir for a partner of mine and need to open chats with editors asap.

I'm on deck today for #TheAdventofWinter Day 12! To Esmay's point there are more swear words in chapter 1 of this 3 chapter short than in the full Onyxborn series - take from that what you will. A great wee tale to write and honored to be part of such a fantastic collection!

Day 12 of #TheAdventofWinter The Crypt of Ice by @DWRoss8 ❄️ "So, how much swearing do you want in the story?" DW Ross: "YES!" Extremely action-packed and slightly unhinged, but the effortlessly funny banter makes this one such a blast 🔥 Made me miss the Onyxborn Chronicle 🖤

Note to self - write this book please Ross...

I need a book that crosses fantasy setting/plot with Guy Ritchie-esque/Snatch/Lock Stock style ensembles and silliness - anyone recommend any books that might fit the bill?

What to expect from this new short story: - Gelenea adjacent story with some nods to the Onyxborn Chronicles. - A cast of three key characters very different to anything I have ever written. - New magic/beasts/bad people. - D&D/Quest vibes with roguish qualities.

I've certainly embraced the foul language in this new short story. Ogulf would be BLUSHING.

Scratch that - I'm working on a new Onyxborn/Gelenea adjacent short story 👀👀👀

Life/Writing Update - I am ghostwriting a project (non-fantasy) for a very dear friend of mine. With that - fantasy projects on hold for now, not sure when I'll get back to them full time but will still chip away at this 4 book series I have fully planned when I can.

Things are happening - good things, great things even. My wife and I are expecting our second lil bub (Due August) so naturally, writing and tweeting will be taking a huge backseat. Hope to have a novella out in the Spring, but if not, then ya know...LIFE and stuff.
