Regulation for ICS cybersecurity at a federal level is a big lever, but i think it’s a disaster now, cause industry doesn’t have prereqs to succeed yet. Safety compliance struggled until Federal regs in the 60s (OSHA/WCB). I think this is future for ICS, but lots prework remains
