Pleased to report that issues with player pricing are resolved. However, final testing is required this afternoon before we can enable managers to make transfers/substitutions again. We appreciate your patience.
Important update on Fantasy transfers and player prices...
Due to a technical error, recent player price updates were applied incorrectly.
We are taking the following steps to fix this:
* All transfers made since yesterday’s 18:30 deadline will be reversed.
* New transfers will be blocked until noon Sunday.
* Player prices will be recalculated and corrected to reflect the standard process.
* Transfers will reopen at noon on Sunday with accurate pricing in place.
Good evening. Due to technical issues, some transfers in our Fantasy game have not yet been applied to teams for GW2 - but, rest assured, they will be processed in due course. Apologies again for any inconvenience. Please bear with us.
Just to confirm, Christos Tzolis completed a fantasy assist for Arsenal against Coventry City on Friday night. The omission is a technical error, and points will be awarded in due course. Thanks.
Sincere apologies for the ongoing teething issues at the beginning of this new season. Our developers are working through a number of issues. Rest assured, player points and team scores will be corrected. However, this may take a day or two. Apologies again. Please bear with us.
We are aware that a number of issues affected our 26/27 Fantasy game on season launch night, including missing points for appearances and clean sheets (both now fixed) and fantasy assists.
Rest assured, any missing player points will be awarded retrospectively. (1/2)
Aston Villa GK Emiliano Martinez was mistakenly awarded 1pt last night, due to a technical error. This has been corrected, but may not show in managers' teams until scoring begins in the new Gameweek.
PS Don't get caught out by the early deadline tonight!
A reminder that player price changes are based on points gained - or an AVERAGE of points if two ties in a GW. Each player is measured against a personal expected score which is calculated each week based on value, previous points etc. It's 100% automated. thesun.co.uk/sport/football/…
A reminder that points in our fantasy game can sometimes change up to 12hrs after a final whistle. Stats provider OPTA delivers data during games and then reviews it post-match, occasionally making corrections. All player point calculations and subsequent changes are automated 👍
The Sun Dream Team game year 2024/25 starts here!
We've just relaunched our Fantasy game ahead of the new season. If you have any issues on app, try closing it and restarting, and/or deleting and reinstalling.
Any further issues/feedback? Reply here and we'll pass it on. Thanks
Note: if reporting an issue here or via DM, please state which platform you're using (Web, iOS or Android). If using an app, please confirm that you've tried restarting the app and reinstalling. Thanks.
Hello. We’re aware of a few minor issues with our Euros Fantasy game, which will be fixed in new app releases expected out tomorrow.
iOS only: Vice Captain points are prematurely being doubled - on team pages ONLY. Bug doesn’t impact actual points/league standings. (1/2)
Approx 24hrs to go! Here’s a quick recap of 10 rules every Dream Team Euros Fantasy gaffer MUST know…
1/10 The game is split into seven Matchdays (like Gameweeks in our Season game) - eg the first round of group games, or the quarter-finals.
10/10 Your players can score points during normal and extra time, but NOT penalty shoot-outs.
To see a simple in-game list of ways to score points, select 'How to Score' on the right (web) or press the 'i' button (apps). For a full list (including bonus/PPM) see the game rules.
Right, that's it. If you're unsure about anything, we highly recommend reading the Games Rules here: dreamteamfc.com/help/game-ru…
Good luck from everyone at The Sun Dream Team!
