All I know Haney was willing to drop all way down to 135 for Loma and just acted weird when Shakur called him out. Now.he won't agree to 145 vs Shakur. Let's remind everyone that this is Haney's 3rd weight class. He's not some career welter ther been struggling to make weight . His energy is just different when it comes to Shakur.
