From a Friday night game in Lubbock to a Sunday NFL matchup in the ATL, Tim, Brett & I always love covering great games for FOX Sports! Texas Tech & Houston gave us a thrilling Finish Friday & we’re hoping the Falcons & Panthers will do the same today!

Our FOX crew enjoyed our timE last week in Kansas. Both coaches we met with (kU’s Lance Leipold & Mizzou’s Eli Drinkwitz) were absolutely delightful to spend time with the day before the game. Here’s Missouri’s head man (Drinkwitz) on the field less than an hour before kickoff.

Thank you for posting this Ryan! Been watching football regularly for 55 years…and have NEVER seen this called anything but a fumble. An incomplete pass? Just because he raised his arm to pass? Goff may have intended that, but the ball never left his hand until he got popped!

Does it get any better than this? Mansoor Delane, the Kansas City Chiefs 1st round pick from LSU, playing in his very first NFL game, intercepted a Bo Nix pass on the 1st possession of his career…leading to the Chiefs 1st TD this season. No, it doesn’t get better than that! 🥳

So the NFC South is 0-4 (no big surprise there…the Saints, Falcons, Bucs & Panthers were ALL underdogs anyway)… HOWEVER, When you couple that fact with the State of New York (Bills, Jets & Giants) starting the season undefeated at 3-0… I’m starting to get Civil War vibes again… Will the South ever rise again? I sure hope so!
