It’s one of the better ideas, I do think it might create some new, opposite issues where teams would probably start to force it so they got the bonus money, and just swap their rookie constantly.
But I still think that would probably be better than the bottleneck we have currently. At least it would give the young lot a chance to show what they can do.

Like many of you, I will be a Utd fan ‘till I die, I’m in it for life no matter what but right now there is nothing pleasurable about watching Utd. Everything that made them great is almost gone, all that remains is the shirt and the stadium but now it’s a business that happens to play football, a company football team. Utd’s biggest strength is its greatest weakness, a club that could print money inevitably attracted parasitic scum and parasites never leave until there’s nothing left to take. The game is the game sadly. People like Lewis and Fernando are still top quality drivers, and there’s certain other drivers on the grid who obviously don’t belong there. Why should the older guys be the ones forced out when they’re still better than some of the “younger” talents on the grid?
Another manager might make us slightly less shit for a short while, but then they’ll get to a summer window, they won’t be backed, the players form will drop off, and we’ll be right back where we are now.
Seen it happen over and over again and no matter the players or the manager in the dugout we always end up right back here. Shits Creek.
