#SaveMassEffect - A Message from the founder.
First, I want to say thank you.
When I started this petition and created #SaveMassEffect, I had no idea how quickly the community would come together. What began as one fan refusing to quietly accept the loss of something that meant so much to so many has grown into a movement supported by tens of thousands of people around the world.
And we’re only getting started.
Mass Effect has never been just another video game franchise. For many of us, it represents years of unforgettable stories, characters, friendships, and choices. It’s a universe that inspired us, brought us together, and reminded us that even against impossible odds, our actions matter.
That’s why this campaign exists.
Our goal is simple: Give Mass Effect a future.
We’re asking Electronic Arts to seriously consider two paths forward:
1. Commit to continuing Mass Effect’s development, with the resources, talent, and time necessary to deliver the experience this franchise deserves.
2. Explore licensing Mass Effect to a qualified development studio capable of carrying the franchise forward if EA no longer intends to develop it.
We’re not demanding rushed development, unrealistic promises, or an immediate announcement of a new game. We’re asking EA to recognize that this franchise still matters and that its community deserves to be heard.
I also want to make something very clear: This campaign is not against the developers, artists, writers, or employees of EA and BioWare. These are the people who helped create the universe we love. They deserve our respect and support.
Our campaign will remain respectful, organized, and focused on constructive solutions.
Where We Go From Here
As the founder of #SaveMassEffect, I’m working to turn the incredible support we’ve received into an organized effort.
Over the coming days, I’ll be focusing on expanding our outreach, connecting with gaming journalists and community creators, bringing volunteers into the campaign, and establishing a professional line of communication with EA.
With N7 Day approaching on November 7, we have an opportunity to show just how much this universe still means to people around the world.
Our next milestone is 100,000 signatures. But signatures alone aren’t the ultimate goal. Our goal is meaningful dialogue and a genuine opportunity to secure Mass Effect’s future.
How You Can Help
- Keep sharing the petition and using #SaveMassEffect.
- Encourage fellow fans to participate respectfully.
- Share what Mass Effect means to you and why you want to see its story continue.
- Help spread the campaign beyond our existing communities.
I’m currently organizing this effort independently, and I know I can’t do everything alone. As we grow, I’ll be looking for dedicated community members who want to help build something lasting.
Finally, I want everyone supporting this campaign to remember something:
We cannot guarantee that EA will change its plans. But we can make sure the community’s voice is impossible to overlook.
Every signature represents someone who believes this universe is worth preserving.
You have already shown me that I am far from alone in that belief.
Thank you for standing with me. Thank you for standing with the developers who gave us this incredible universe. And thank you for refusing to let Mass Effect’s future go unquestioned.
Our choices matter. Our voices matter.

Erik ten Hag was right…
Ronaldo didn’t run in or out of possession. 👀
🇳🇱 Erik ten Hag has spoken about how Cristiano Ronaldo let him and the club down in his final season at Manchester United:
🗣️ Ten Hag: "He let the team down, and he let me down, because we planned with him.
I flew out to Portugal to speak with him about what I was aiming for before I came to United. Obviously, he’s one of the best in football history. I respected him a lot. But at that time, as a manager, I had to make a rational decision and keep the players I admire in.
Many times I say, ‘Ronnie, everyone wants to work for you to bring you in the right position, but if you can’t bring yourself in the box, you can’t score’. He was not capable to do this. It’s the wrong idea to put this to me that I expected him to do the pressing, that he’s exhausted. But he couldn’t. He ran neither in possession nor out of possession. The reason was because he didn’t prepare himself.
Every top team has to embrace the top player, but the top player has to work for the team.
He was telling the players, ‘Save your legs at the training’. I understand it when you are top fit; you have sessions, you can save the legs. But first you have to train yourself to get into the right fitness levels."

Sadly, and very much in contrast to his great rival Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo’s legacy is being damaged by the embarrassing, unnecessarily lengthening but sheer inevitability of the end of his international career. Ronaldo deserves to be cherished as one of the greatest footballers in history. Five Ballons d’Or, five Champions Leagues, seven titles in three countries, a record 146 goals in 234 internationals and one European Championship. But time waits for no man, even a man who looks after himself like Ronaldo. He’s 41.
Of course, it’s good for other countries – like England - if Portugal continue with Ronaldo. Jorge Jesus’ team are potential winners of Euro 2028 without Ronaldo. A team including Ruben Dias, Nuno Mendes, Vitinha and Bruno Fernandes are a more dynamic team without him. Recent performances prove that. Goncalo Ramos’ performances at centre-forward prove that. Three goals in Portugal’s last three games, all won without Ronaldo, confirms that.
And yet the Portuguese Football Federation clearly struggles to move on from the Ronaldo era. The FPF’s “punishment” for Ronaldo’s walk-out on the squad is meaningless as a sanction. It's not clear in the FPF statement whether the 30-day suspension is back-dated to October 1 (the date of the offence). If it is, Ronaldo will not be suspended for any games. Oh, and fining a billionaire €255 is hardly going to hurt.
FPF leniency maybe stems from Ronaldo showing contrition for his walk-out. Maybe it stems from long-standing respect and admiration for Ronaldo, for all he's done for his country. Maybe it’s partly commercial. Ronaldo remains a huge draw for sponsors. But the decision about Ronaldo’s continued involvement with the national team should be made purely on sporting grounds. And he’s not an elite force any more.

Bruno makes one bad(ish) tackle and gets booked. Ampadu puts his studs down Mbuemo’s shin with his second foul and nothing. Fuck off
One thing about english football that irks me:
Pundits & commentators constantly saying "he needs to be stronger there". A foul is a foul, independent of how "strong" the opponent is.
If you can't recognise a foul, refereeing is going to be poor. #mufc @prorefofficial

Yes, Trump is trying to end the war.
On Russian's terms, of course...
So all the Ukrainians have to do to help Trump end the war is to surrender to the invaders
Simple
Then Trump can make a lot of money out of property deals
What could possible be wrong with that ?

Trasig. De domare som lallar med är medskyldiga.

I still hear people say ‘if Man City are guilty’ in almost every debate.
They’re guilty. The Premier League has found them guilty.
Man City have appealed their guilty verdict. For now, they are still guilty.
Please do not change the facts.
