First day with this lovely mare and already seeing some big improvements! 🙌🐴 Looking forward to spending the next few weeks with her and seeing how she progresses. #DPRHorsemanship #Horsemanship #HorseTraining #HorseBehaviour

Encourage curiosity, not suspicion. 🐎 Too fast can overwhelm a horse; too slow can lose momentum. Stay smooth, consistent and set them up for success. Trust goes both ways. 🎥 Ashleigh working with French Skyline (Castelvecchio) in this morning’s lesson with Daniel.

Grand Designs — a beautifully bred sister to Home Affairs, bred by Torryburn Stud and trained by @cwallerracing continuing her education, building confidence and learning to load confidently. Plenty of quality in the pedigree — now it’s about giving her the right foundations.

10 minutes. No force. No fight. Just helping a timid horse find confidence around the mounting block. That confidence carries into every part of their future education. #Transformation #HorseTok #Horsemanship #HorseTraining #buildingconfidence

An impressive looking colt with a pedigree to match. Half to multiple G1 winner Magic Time... Daniel is familiar with the family, having started his other sibling Cosmonova, who is putting together a pretty decent resume herself. He's off to a super start in his education

We all have to make sacrifices for great content. Especially Ali and scout #horsemanship #fyp #viralvideo #horsetraining

Prepare properly. Proceed with feel. Play to keep them relaxed. Practice with purpose. Persist with consistency. Progress when it’s right. Perform when it’s ready. #horsemanship #ColtStarting #HorseTraining #fyp #horse

“Colt starting isn’t about forcing a horse… it’s about earning their trust. Watching this colt go from timid to brave and winning the 2023 Man From Snowy River Challenge will always be a special memory.” #ColtStarting #Horsemanship #ManFromSnowyRiver #TrustTheProcess

Meet Saxon - A 4yo Warmblood who arrived to us with a bucking issue. Enjoy this short preview of his 7 weeks training that took him from a place of fear and uncertainty, to brave and bridle-less. “In every wild horse there’s a quiet one. In every quiet horse there’s a wild one.”

Trust isn’t trained in a day. It’s built through miles. And proven in moments like this. #horsemanship #libertywork #trustyourhorse #horseman

Horses being horses 👌🏻 What a good spell looks like to us… Plenty of grass ✔️ Well socialised ✔️ Spacious paddocks to move freely ✔️ Well maintained feet ✔️ Sound and well ✔️ Relaxed and content ✔️ All make for a happy horse during their down time

It might look like a bit of a riot, but that’s the idea! When educating horses for the Mounted Police, we like to get creative. The team helped introduce some unusual obstacles to Elizabeth on her final week of training to help prepare her before she hits the streets of Sydney!
