Are you going to respond to my post @TFIupdates or are you going to ignore it. You responded to @access_maynooth - why not mine, which is factual, and can be backed up by the people who have contacted me.

When will the consolidated call centre operated by Capita, stop telling #Wheelchair user that they can't access certain @IrishRail intercity services. Getting tired of doing their job for them resolving issues for people, unacceptable @jerrybuttimer @SeanCanney @DarraghOBrienTD
Great to see the first of #FOUR fully #Accessible bus stops with shelters completed in #Rathcormac as a result of engagement from our chair @CMDIRL with @TFIupdates @Buseireann & @Corkcoco - Accessible bus stops in Watergrasshill, Fermoy & Mitchelstown - Great collaboration #245
Isn't it amazing how @merrionstreet can find money at the drop of a hat, for whatever is trending at the moment but when it comes to basics for #PWD, for all their platitudinal talk, they do absolutely nothing to improve our access in day2day society @AccessForAll7 @leglesstweets
And then we spot this from @rtenews feed regarding @emmawardjourno - rte.ie/news/ireland/2025/020… @MichealMartinTD @SimonHarrisTD @1Hildegarde
@emmawardjourno would be an excellent appointment - lived experience - articulate - not backwards in coming forward - we're just saying @MichealMartinTD @SimonHarrisTD #Seanad2025
Thank you for the acknowledgement, folks

Thank you for your support as always @AccessForAll7 @DisabilityFed have made no observations/commentary on this. This is how you prioritise #disabled people. Issues caused by wires/poles coming down in a storm can be eliminated by the provision of generators to vulnerable folks

As we are registered on the network as people who need electric to power their devices that are essential in their lives local authorities and the energy providers should have a system whereby they provide back up generators in an emergency.
We had plenty of warning around this storm and backups could have been deployed in the days running up to the storm event.
Thanks to #Dee from @ThomasGouldSF constituency office for her engagement with ourselves & @GardaTraffic Cork & Thomas himself for being so supportive in recognising the valid points we raised and following up so promptly #NothingAboutUsWithoutUs #UNCRPD
Credit where Credit is due - local @GardaTraffic management in #Cork have been in contact with us & have taken the points raised as important & valuable feedback regarding the lack of #Accessibility & have undertaken to engage to resolve these matters for the next iteration

Did anyone from @GardaTraffic engage with @vviireland @Vision_Irl or @EnableIreland @InclusionIre @HeadwayIreland to even attempt to make this in any way accessible for the blind/visually impaired or intellectually disabled communities. Response please @HMcEntee & @AnneRabbitte

Tomorrow morning @jmaher0 is going on @OpinionLine96 with @pjcoogan to discuss obstruction of bus stops in McCurtain Street by illegally parked cars. Can one of them ask @GardaTraffic #Cork how many #PENALTYPOINT tickets they have issued for this offence - @DisabilityFed @CMDIRL
