I've designed 150+ products. And I have to say it: @Sketch beats @Figma. I only use @Figma because it's the industry standard. Here's a full comparison of the 2 apps (and why @Sketch is 100% superior):

Yes! Totally agree HOWEVER, "using blockchain" is much. Let's build real world applications. Full stop. Blockchain's great, revolutionary, & transparent. It's also not appropriate for many apps. Let's build real world, functional apps for Web2 & Web3 w/ high efficiency! @DOOR3
I am not against memes, but meme coins are getting "a little" weird now. Let's build real applications using blockchain.

As you add UX skills to the team, you increase the odds that good user experiences will emerge in the team’s designs. The more skills, the better the odds. articles.uie.com/hiring_ux_e…

UX strategy is different from UX tactics. UX strategy is how we improve the design of all the products and services. It’s about systemic change across the organization. medium.com/@jmspool/ux-strat…

Learn about accessibility and make it a priority in every bit of work you do. Evangelize it. It's foundational to UX and products that are awesome, goodwill for all, and good for your career.

50% is about doing the work (design) the other 50% is about giving a reason why you made the decisions you did.

Just found this photo of Richard #Feynman’s CalTech office blackboard. Loved these two inspiring notes to himself: 1) ‘What I cannot create, I do not understand’ 2) ‘Know how to solve every problem that has been solved’

Agree. Some other quick reminders: - Engaging stakeholders *is* the job. - Giving people a voice through these activities, however contrived, is better than not giving them a voice. - Our problem isn't the methods, it's who we're talking to. - All design is political.
A quick reminder that Design Sprints, Design Thinking, Personas and Lab Based Research are almost always more effective political tools than they are design tools. So when designers debate the merits of them as design tools, they're generally debating the wrong thing.
