If the Epstein files were cracked open today, what would you count as ‘pack your toothbrush, you’re going to jail’ info? 🧳🚔 And what would be more of a ‘that’s weird… but not illegal’ moment? 👀 Don't be shy! Let's prepare to hold their feet on fire 🔥🔥🔥

.@VP: I find it a ittle ironic that European countries — who have nothing like the technology @elonmusk has developed in Starlink and have universally waged regulatory war against SpaceX — are all now running to SpaceX saying, 'Please do what we need you to do.'

Donald Trump just gave the greatest Elon Musk appreciation speech I have ever heard. “Few Americans in history have done more to advance America's national interest than Elon. His genius and determination have made science fiction into reality.” The President highlighted Elon's achievements with: -SpaceX -Starlink -Tesla -Neuralink -SpaceXSI “Elon is our modern day Thomas Edison" No one deserves the National Medal of Science more.

In her latest sciolistic letter to me, @SenWarren made it clear that she knows even less about foreign exchange markets than she does about banking. What is equally shocking, but not surprising: not a single member of the media mob has a rudimentary-enough level of financial market literacy to spot her remedial error. To reiterate: under @POTUS, the United States delivers for America’s trusted partners. For a fuller explanation, I recommend Senator Warren take any entry level course in international finance for her and her staff, or I can personally give her a tutorial on Foreign Exchange for Dummies. Although I am not holding my breath, I hope her next letter will demonstrate that she has learned the difference between a currency purchase and a swap or a loan.

The 3.4% inflation number is the last stage of a multi year wealth transfer that already happened. New money enters the system in sequence. The first people who receive it spend at the old prices and capture real gains. By the time those dollars finally reach wage earners, the prices of everything they buy have already climbed, so the late recipients lose the purchasing power the early ones gained. That is what played out after the Fed created trillions in 2020 and 2021. Stocks and real estate surged first. Ordinary consumer prices only caught up in 2022 and 2023. The headline rate today is simply the final leg of that redistribution working its way through the system. The early recipients won. The late ones are still paying.

This is an excellent rule. College programs must be worth it.
Under a new federal rule, college programs whose graduates do not earn more than comparable workers without the degree could lose access to federal student aid, according to NPR.

This is what we are talking about. No one is above the law.
For years, Anthony Fauci has dodged, deflected, and hidden behind a pardon. On July 29th at 8:30 am, that ends. Fauci will finally testify before my committee. Mark your calendars.

Most Democrats couldn't make it to our hearing on government fraud. The empty chairs made their priorities pretty clear. Hard to claim you're fighting waste when you don't even show up.

The train is out of control… The first nine months of FY 2026 produced a deficit of $1.37 TRILLION. That’s more than the same period last fiscal year. The deficit and debt are only going up.

Let's see what OpenAI does for living.
Apple just sued OpenAI, and the wildest part is how they got caught: one candidate screenshotted confidential Apple files on his Apple work laptop hours before his OpenAI interview. Apple reads its own server logs. The recruiting pipeline generated its own evidence trail. The complaint says OpenAI's hardware chief Tang Tan, a 24-year Apple veteran, directed candidates still employed at Apple to bring "actual parts" (batteries, logic boards) to interviews for show and tell sessions. One candidate was surprised, saying he didn't even know you could take those out of the office. Apple also alleges Tan circulated an internal Apple offboarding document to coach new hires on dodging exit security checks, and that a departing engineer kept his Apple laptop, found a bug that still gave him access to Apple's cloud storage, and downloaded dozens of confidential hardware files after joining OpenAI. Then the supplier: OpenAI allegedly got one of Apple's manufacturing partners to demonstrate a proprietary metal finishing technique by letting the partner believe Apple had approved it. Over 400 former Apple employees now work at OpenAI. Apple says it flagged all of this to OpenAI in February and never got a response. Five months later, it filed. The ask reveals the strategy. Apple wants an injunction barring OpenAI from using the secrets, the return of every file, and full discovery into io, right as OpenAI preps its first device launch and an IPO. If a judge grants it, OpenAI may have to prove the device was built clean, component by component, before it ships. The device was supposed to run on the world's best hardware talent. Now its bill of materials is evidence.

As simple as that! We can't verify the identity of people travelling to other countries and refuse to verify the identity of people voting, meaning people deciding the future of the country. It just doesn't make sense.
How do we ensure America is around for another 250 years? We pass the SAVE America Act and end birthright citizenship.

Here is a question every Senator should be able to answer without flinching: Should only U.S. citizens be allowed to vote in U.S. elections? If the answer is yes, then there is no reason to oppose the SAVE America Act. It puts a real proof-of-citizenship requirement in place for federal elections. Senate leadership needs to bring this bill to the floor for a vote.

I finally figured out what's wrong with "everything." It's a system problem. The introduction of Trump into the system(s) broke almost everything, and in multiple ways. The fake news created a White Supremacist hysteria, which led to the Fine People Hoax and the George Floyd Hoax, which led to massive DEI, which led to massive systemic incompetence in all of our systems at once. Add wokeness and cancelation and we can't discuss the issue, much less fix it. That's a system problem. The corrective mechanism (free speech) has been removed. On top of that, the Trump experience has made it clear all of our government systems are corrupt. They probably always were, but as long as we didn't notice, things limped along okay. Now we notice. Now we don't accept "the science" we know is corrupt. We don't accept the omnibus bills we know are corrupt. We don't accept the foreign wars that look sketchy. We don't accept elections we can't fully audit. We don't trust the news, for good reason. We don't trust our intel services to not be agents of one party. And we see the justice departments weaponized. While all that happened Soros found a way to take control of all American systems via funding of non-government entities and integrating them into the American systems. But at the head of the snake is the fake news and fake science. There is no correcting mechanism. The X platform is the only counterforce, and that's why the crooks are trying to take it out, and Musk at the same time.
