Is there benefit to continuing immunotherapy beyond progression? Retrospective report @ESMO_Open of pts with PDL1 high NSCLC with PD on 1L immunotherapy who got 2L chemo vs chemo-IO. Pts who continued IO had longer PFS (12 vs 7m) and OS (22 vs 10m).

⚡️On @NEJM : IMvigor011 shows ctDNA-guided adjuvant therapy works in MIBC.
In ctDNA+ post-cystectomy pts, atezolizumab improved DFS (HR 0.64; 9.9 vs 4.8 mo) and OS (HR 0.59; 32.8 vs 21.1 mo).
ctDNA-negative pts avoided tx with 95% DFS at 1 yr.

First-line osimertinib plus platinum–pemetrexed significantly improved OS vs osimertinib alone (47.5 vs 37.6 months; HR 0.77, p=0.02). Toxicities were higher but manageable, reinforcing combo as a new SOC.
