Quick network update 🐢
@tari completed a smooth hard fork on mainnet this week, upgrading its C29 mining lane and sharpening the difficulty algorithm.
The network itself was never disrupted, thanks to Tari's elegant mining architecture split across four lanes, where no single lane can compromise the chain.
Exchanges notified, business as usual on deposits and withdrawals ... never stopped.
The Council and core contributors monitored it through, and the end result is a tougher network, harder to game and quicker to self-correct. Less room for bad-faith miners.

The @CoinMarketCap top 100 is often seen as the projects with the most traction in the industry.
Today, DNC analyses how $XTM stacks up, and the realistic path to earning its place.
The numbers:
- Top 100 entry currently requires a ~$400M market cap.
- $XTM sits at $0.002, a ~$13.3M market cap.
- To break in, $XTM needs ~$0.06. A 30x from here.
Let's see how @tari really compares 🐢

Now look at $SEI, sitting at #95, ~$446M market cap.
The alpha here: SEI is a speed-focused general-purpose L1 with no privacy angle, going head to head with $SOL, $SUI and $APT. Its TVL has bled from $626M down to ~$40M, and its daily chain revenue has ranged from $10 to $30 over the last couple of months.
Yet the market values it at ~$446M.
That tells you what really drives top 100 valuations. Not revenue, not fundamentals, but narrative, positioning and future potential.
$XTM at a $13M valuation, by comparison, looks like a deep value opportunity. Same category of bet, in the hottest narrative the crypto market has right now ... privacy.

As the privacy meta intensifies, we believe $XTM finds its place in the top 100 by market cap.
We're bullish on the @tari Council's initiatives to attract developers and liquidity, and to support organic growth into the launch.
We'll be closely watching:
- Exchange listings
- Developer onboarding
- And most importantly, community-building initiatives
Because at the end of the day, a project draws its value from its community. And Tari's is only getting stronger 🐢

Today absolutely reassured me of my $XTM conviction.
Firstly, credit to the community members who stay vigilant and keep an eye on things. Genuinely reassuring to see people being this nosey 😅
Now, on to it. I bought $WXTM a couple weeks back, simply because it's easier to grab on Uniswap. Fast forward to today, I spotted an arbitrage opportunity with native $XTM, and I absolutely took it. Dumped my WXTM to buy more XTM, netting more overall in the process. Just another day at the office for any trader with a pulse.
No shame. No apologies XD
But within hours people were in my DMs picking apart my transactions, some even throwing accusations, all because every move I make sits there on-chain for anyone to see.
And here's the thing. This is the EXACT problem privacy solves, the right to transact freely without broadcasting it to the world to judge and weaponise.
What I do with my own money is nobody's business but mine. The fact that this can even be a talking point is the whole argument for $XTM.
I'm here for the long run. This ecosystem runs to billions.
