Producers are pitching projects about Prof Jason Arday to broadcasters, claiming they have the Arday family's blessing. This is a lie.
The vultures are circling a grieving family before they have even had space to mourn. Shame on all those trying to profit from Jason.

Nathan Cofnas, the post-doctoral researcher, who initially broke the story about Jason Arday's 'alleged' plagiarism has been suspended by his employer, Ghent University.
Writing on X, Nathan Cofnas said:
"I was just suspended by Ghent University. They will almost certainly fire me. The decision was made by rector Petra De Sutter, a former leader of the Green Party."
Petra De Sutter, Rector and Herwig Reynaert, Vice-Rector, said in a statement:
"We are aware of the questions and concerns surrounding this matter and understand that it has affected many people"... Ghent University has decided to take appropriate action within its powers and the applicable framework".
