As part of its participation at AccessAbilities Expo 2026, #DubaiMunicipality celebrated the graduation of the first and second cohorts of its Inclusion Coordinators Programme, which aims to equip employees with the skills needed to support the inclusion of People of Determination in the workplace. This milestone complements the Municipality’s efforts to raise institutional awareness of the needs of People of Determination and develop inclusive workplace practices that enable their active participation, promote equal opportunities and make the most of their skills and capabilities.

ضمن مشاركتها في معرض #إكسبو_أصحاب_الهمم_الدولي، احتفت #بلدية_دبي بتخريج الدفعتين الأولى والثانية من برنامج "منسقي الدمج"، الذي يستهدف تأهيل كوادر قادرة على دعم مسارات دمج أصحاب الهمم في بيئة العمل. وتتكامل هذه الخطوة مع جهود البلدية في تعزيز الوعي المؤسسي باحتياجات أصحاب الهمم، وتطوير الممارسات التي تضمن مشاركتهم الفاعلة في بيئة العمل، بما يدعم تكافؤ الفرص ويعزز الاستفادة من قدراتهم وإمكاناتهم.

On the sidelines of AccessAbilities Expo 2026, #DubaiMunicipality signed a cooperation agreement with the Emirates Down Syndrome Association to promote inclusion and equal participation, and enhance universal accessibility and inclusive design standards across the Municipality’s facilities and services. The agreement also supports the development of joint sports, recreational, cultural and community initiatives, drawing on the Association’s specialised expertise and the experiences of People of Determination to improve services and better meet their needs and those of their families. @EDSA_AE

#DubaiMunicipality has launched the “Advertising Content Regulation Guidelines for the Emirate of Dubai” to enhance the quality of advertising content, designs and creative executions across the Emirate. By establishing unified standards, the guidelines aim to ensure that advertisements complement Dubai’s urban landscape, encourage creativity and innovation in advertising design, and preserve the city’s visual and cultural identity, making advertising a positive contributor to the city’s visual appeal and urban attractiveness.
